An officer was flagged down by a station agent regarding an intoxicated person on the train platform. The officer contacted the male who became verbally and physically hostile. The officer used force to restrain and place the male in handcuffs. The male was booked for public Intoxication, resisting arrest and violation of probation at the Martinez Detention Facility. A sergeant responded for the use of force investigation.
A patron reported that their grey and orange men's bicycle was stolen on 5/27 between 0930-1900 hours. The victim secured the bike with a U lock and a cable lock.
A victim reported that their vehicle was burglarized while parked on the 6th floor of the parking structure between 5/20 at 0730 and 5/21 at 1218 hours. Both windows on the passenger's side were broken to gain entry and the interior was ransacked, but nothing was taken. The victim had already been driving the car before reporting the crime, so she did not wish to have it processed for evidence.

Two victims reported that their vehicles were burglarized while parked on the bottom floor of the parking structure between 1900 hours on 5/12 and 0610 hours on 5/13. A rock was used to smash a window of each vehicle. One victim reported a laptop taken and the other reported $60 in cash and a pair of shoes taken. A victim reported that their vehicle was burglarized while parked on the 3rd floor of the parking structure between 1815 hours on 5/10 and 0515 hours on 5/11. Both passenger side windows were broken to gain entry and miscellaneous personal items were taken from the vehicle. There were also pry marks on the passenger door. The vehicle was processed for evidence.
The victim reported that her 2005 Honda CRV was burglarized while parked in stall #2912 sometime between the hours of 0700 on 5/2/16, and 1212, today's date. Entry was made via a window smash to the right rear passenger window. The victim reported that the only loss was a pair of "Native" sunglasses.
An anonymous patron reported a male was threatening patrons aboard a Pittsburg bound train. The officers removed the male from the train and placed him under arrest for public intoxication. A records check showed the male violated his probation and was booked at the Martinez Detention Facility.
A victim reported their blue Schwinn 21 speed mountain bike was stolen from the Pleasant Hill Station, between 0645-1700 hours.
A patron reported a burglarized vehicle on the 8th level of the parking structure. An officer located the vehicle with a smashed window and open glove box. The officer processed the vehicle for evidence and left a note for the owner to contact us upon their return.

A patron reported a vehicle on the 5th level of the parking garage with a smashed window. An officer responded and located a total of three vehicles (one on the 5th, 6th and 7th level of the structure) with windows smashed. All three had been ransacked. The officer processed all three for evidence and left notes for the owners to contact us upon their return. One owner returned and reported that the vehicle was parked at 2200 hours on 4/27 and that a pair of sunglasses, a jacket and a backpack was missing.

A victim reported that they parked their vehicle (a 2003 Acura CL) in the lot on 4/22/16 at 0910 hours. The victim returned at 1515 hours and found their vehicle gone.
A victim reported the theft of their (silver colored) unknown name brand men’s mountain bike, valued at $70.00, while it was cable locked at the station between 0745 hours on 4/14/16 and 0745 hours on 4/18/16. An officer contacted the victim and completed a report.
A victim reported that his vehicle was burglarized while parked in the lot between 1600 hours on 4/15 and 1245 hours on 4/16. The passenger side window and wing window were smashed to gain entry and a backpack with a computer and credit cards were taken. The credit cards had been used at the nearby Safeway store, so the officer retrieved video from the store. The vehicle was also processed for evidence.
Officers conducted a welfare check on a female who was sleeping in the bus zone of the station. The female became combative during the contact resulting in the officers having to use physical force to control her and place her into handcuffs. The female was subsequently placed on a psychiatric detention and transported the hospital for evaluation. The Sergeant responded for the use of force investigation.

Officers responded to a report a female pushing her boyfriend against the bulkhead of the train. The female was placed under arrest for battery. The female made suicidal statements and was placed on an emergency psychiatric detention. Battery charges are pending. The female will be issued a prohibition order when booked.
