A female suspect was reportedly drinking alcohol on the train. An officer contacted her and determined that she was too intoxicated to care for herself. She resisted being arrested and had to be physically restrained. She was eventually booked into the Martinez Detention Facility for public intoxication. No one was injured as a result of the struggle.

The investigating officer was unable to determine how the vehicle was entered, but the victim reported that their $700.00 Apple Mac Book air laptop and British passport, amongst other miscellaneous items, were taken during the burglary.

A patron reported a burglarized vehicle on the 7th level of the parking structure. The responding officer located two on the 7th level and one on the 6th level with a smashed window. It appeared that the suspect smashed the window of all three victim vehicles and reached in to ransack the glove compartment. The officer was unable to determine any loss, but processed each vehicle and left notes for each owner.

A patron reported that a male subject had fallen onto track #2 while running for a train. Officers responded and trains were held out. Before officers could arrive, the station agent escorted the man off the tracks, and train service was restored. Officers determined that the man had been drinking, but that he did not intend to enter the right of way. The man suffered minor injuries in his fall and he was transported to John Muir Hospital for treatment. Trains were delayed about 7 minutes as a result of this incident.

The victim reported that her vehicle was burglarized today while parked on the 4th level of the parking structure in stall #2770 between the hours of 0700-1745 hours. The victim stated that she locked her doors and rolled up all of the windows. Upon her return, her vehicle was unlocked and all of the windows were rolled down a quarter of the way. There was no apparent loss. The officer will meet the victim at a later time this evening to process the vehicle for evidence.
