A victim reported his $800 black Greg Lemond 10 speed bicycle was stolen while it was cable and U locked at the bike racks between 0815-1635 hours.
A red/black men's mountain bike was stolen while cable locked at the station.
A tan/orange/black Novaro brand men's bicycle was stolen while U-locked at the station between 0745 and 1715 hours.
Jorge Sanchez (Antioch, 24) was pulled over for a traffic violation and subsequently arrested on an outside agency warrant. He was booked into the Martinez Jail.
(BOUDINE, Caleb 25, Sacramento) was detained for fare evasion and subsequently arrested on two outstanding warrants, one for $10,000 held by SFPD and a second for $28,500 held by Walnut Creek PD. He was booked into the Martinez Jail.
Contra Costa County Fire Department reported a vehicle on fire on the basement floor of the parking structure. Officers responded and located a Ford Mustang on fire. CoCo FD determined the fire was suspicious. The investigation is ongoing.
Antonio Mandigma (46 years old, San Francisco) was detained for fare evasion at the Pleasant Hill Station. Mandigma was cited for fare evasion and arrested for an active $20,000 warrant. Mandigma was booked at the Martinez Detention Facility.
Timothy Pavlac (30 years old, Concord) and Christine Trumpf (26 years old, Walnut Creek) were detained for lodging in the parking garage at the Pleasant Hill Station. Pavlac was cited and released for a $5,000 warrant. Trumpf was arrested and booked at the Martinez Detention Facility for a $30,000 warrant.
An adult male (Antonio Hayes 52) was arrested for violating a prohibition order.
Officers detained Carl Crane (25 years old, Novato) for fare evasion at the Pleasant Hill Station. A records check revealed an active $7,500 warrant for Crane's arrest. Crane was arrested for the warrant and booked at the Martinez Detention Facility.
A victim reported the theft of their GT mountain bike from the Pleasant Hill Station, between 0500-1645 hours. The bike was secured to a bike rack with two cable locks.
Officers detained a male suspect for harassing female patrons on the train. Record checks showed that the man was on probation for burglary. The man was arrested for probation violation and was booked at the Martinez Detention Facility.
The station agent observed a suspect (Antonio Hayes, 52 years, San Francisco) enter the BART system without using a ticket in violation of the law. The station agent advised the suspect that he needed to use a ticket to enter the system at which point the suspect became verbally hostile, cursing at the station agent and making verbal threats to harm the station agent. BART Police responded and detained the suspect, and the suspect was arrested and booked for making criminal threats against the station agent. The suspect was also issued a prohibition order.
A taxi cab driver witnessed a male and a female involved in a verbal argument which escalated into a physical altercation. The male suspect appeared to be the aggressor. The first officer on scene detained the suspect (Johnson, Tiontee 6/21/79, Concord) without incident. The subsequent investigation revealed that the male and female were involved in a dating relationship. During the argument, the male grabbed the victim around her neck according to the witness. The victim had redness to her neck area, but declined any medical attention. The suspect was arrested and booked into the Martinez Jail for domestic violence. The suspect was also issued a prohibition order.

A patron reported that their burgundy 1998 Toyota Corolla was stolen from the 3rd floor of the parking garage, between 1230-0030 hours.
A victim reported that their vehicle was burglarized while parked on the 6th floor of the parking structure between 1800 hours on 8/7 and 1700 hours on 8/8. The window was smashed to gain entry and a charger was taken.
Officer detained a subject for failing to obey the posted sign. A record’s check revealed the subject had a warrant for his arrest. Subject was issued a citation for the vehicle code violation and booked at jail for the warrant. Officer took the report.
A suspect swung a crutch at the victim's head but missed. When the victim dodge the crutch, they fell to the ground and injured their leg. The suspect (Benjamin Horton, 27 years, Pleasanton) fled but was later located near the station. The victim positively identified Horton as the suspect. Horton was booked into the Martinez Detention Facility on Assault with a deadly weapon and was issued a prohibition order. Detectives were advised of the case.
Officers intercepted a S.F. Airport train at the Pleasant Hill Station to investigate a report of a male subject that evaded fare at the Pittsburg/Bay Point Station. While searching the train for the subject it was reported that a male subject was harassing a passenger aboard the same train. The victim, who did not wish to file a complaint, identified the male subject (Morikawa, Yaiszu 49 y/o, Sacramento) as the subject that was harassing him. A records check revealed an active stay away order from BART. The subject was issued a citation for fare evasion, as he was on the train without a valid ticket, and booked at the Martinez Detention Facility for the court order violation.
A patron reported that his 2004 Yamaha YZ50 scooter was stolen between 6/3/17 at 0700 hours to 7/10/17 at 1800 hours.

The female victim reported that her blue 2007 VW Passat was burglarized (via front passenger window) while parked on the 7th floor of the station’s parking garage, between 0720 hours on 6/2/17 and 0051 hours on 6/317. The victim reported that her checkbook was taken during the burglary. An officer contacted the victim and completed a report.
