An adult male who was reportedly beating and kicking the vending machines was eventually arrested on a felony no-bail probation violation warrant out of Sacramento County.
An adult female was the victim of an indecent exposure committed by an adult male, 28 years of age, with his hair in a buzz cut, wearing a red shirt, beige shorts and in the possession of a possible mountain bike. The victim said the suspect exposed himself and masturbated as the train left Pleasant Hill station towards Concord. The suspect off-boarded at Concord station where officers searched without success.
A patron was punched after he declined to give a panhandler money. The suspect fled as officers arrived. A foot chase ensued and the suspect was soon apprehended and subsequently booked for battery and resisting arrest.
An officer walking through a train consist observed a disheveled, passed out male aboard. The suspect did not have a BART ticket, was on probation and subject to search. He was in possession of a syringe loaded with heroin, a methamphetamine pipe and had outstanding warrants. The suspect was arrested and booked.
A county connection bus driver reported an adult male striking a female rider on-board his bus while it was parked at the Pleasant Hill station. Officers responded and determined an adult male had beaten a teenage girl whom he had a previous dating relationship with. A female suffered injuries from a fall from the parking structure. She was transported to the hospital for emergency medical treatment but succumbed to the fatal injuries approximately an hour later.
Two adult male suspects attempted to sell back property to a local business, as the meeting took place at the Pleasant Hill station. Officers observed the transaction and took the suspects into custody. The suspects were booked for misappropriation of property and felony no-bail warrants.
An adult male was arrested and booked on charges of battery, violation of a stay away order, and violation of probation. The incident began when the suspect was annoying/harassing two female passengers on the train. Another passenger came to the aid of the women and was punched by the suspect. Other passengers pinned the suspect to the ground until police arrived.

Two BPD K9 units responded to a request from the Pleasant Hill P.D. to sweep a local K-Mart store for a possible bomb. The store received seven threats in a ten minute period of a bomb having been placed within the premises. No explosive device was found.
A truck drove into the station with two flat tires. An adult male driver emerged from the vehicle and appeared confused. A BART officer contacted the subject and determined him to have been driving under the influence. The subject was arrested and booked at the Contra Costa County Jail in Martinez.
