Officers responded to the station regarding Malcolm Harper (9/18/94, Oakland) who was creating a disturbance aboard a train that was being held. Initial reports were that Harper stated he had a gun. Harper was contacted, no gun was found on his person or the train. An automated return on Harper revealed a 10k warrant out of East Palo Alto for resisting arrest. Harper was taken into custody and booked at the Martinez Detention Facility. Harper did not have a ticket in his possession.
Officers riding a train observed an approximately 50 year old female appearing in medical distress. Officers observed the female had faint breathing and pulse. Believing the woman maybe suffering from an overdose, two doses of NARCAN were administered. Medical personnel arrived and transported the subject to John Muir Hospital in Walnut Creek.
A patron advised the train operator that a male had pulled a gun on him and forcibly took his backpack. Morris, Jorrail (05/09/1974, Oakland) was contacted and detained. The victim positively identified Morris as the responsible person. The weapon was not recovered. He was transported and booked at Martinez Detention Facility. Aknico Heidengren (09/08/91, Antioch) was contacted because he refused to wear a mask. Heidengren did not have valid proof of payment and refused to leave the station. Heidengren was arrested for the above listed charge and booked at the Martinez Detention Facility.
Kurtis Kellich(29 San Francisco) was contacted for Fare evasion at Orinda Station. He was arrested for an outstanding Misdemeanor Warrant for theft 15K bail out of San Francisco. Kellich was transported and booked at Martinez Detention Facility.
Josiah Cox (22 San Jose) was arrested for the above charges and probation violation. Cox was transported and booked at Martinez Detention Facility. A prohibition order was issued.
Kavon D. Fields (19 years old, Oakley) was arrested for grand theft, and Malcolm J. Barfield (28 years old, San Pablo) was arrested for grand theft and violation of probation. Both were booked at the Martinez Detention Facility.
