A victim reported the theft of their 2007 Ford from the lot. The vehicle was taken sometime between 0500-1600 hours.
A victim reported his 2006 GMC truck was broken into while parked in stall #50 of the North Concord Station, between 0800-1650 hours.
4/20/16. 1913 hours A victim reported his 2005 Ford truck was broken into while parked at the North Concord Station, between 0630-1910 hours. A suspect broke the steering column and damaged the ignition when they attempted to steal the Ford.
Officers responded to the station regarding a train operator’s report of a naked male running southbound on the #1 track way. Shortly thereafter, a BART track crew saw the subject approximately 200 yards south of the station. The suspect managed to make his way onto nearby city streets where he was then detained by Concord Police officers. A BART officer responded to the suspect’s location and, after determining he was suffering from mental health issues, ordered him placed on a psychiatric evaluation hold. The suspect, who suffered minor lacerations to his feet - possibly from scaling track way fencing, was transported to the county hospital for medical and mental health care. Train service was minimally interrupted as a result of this incident, and Central performed a track way inspection – which did not reveal anything unusual. TSOC notified.
CHP transferred a 911 call from a female victim who said that her boyfriend was battering her inside her vehicle at the station. Concord PD officers responded and detained the suspect. BART officers took over the case and arrested the suspect for domestic violence. The victim was not injured. She was provided with an EPO and domestic violence resources. The suspect was booked at the Martinez Detention Facility.
An officer conducted a welfare check on an adult male who was sleeping under a blanket at the station. A records check revealed that he had a $15,000 warrant for burglary. The male was booked into the Martinez Detention Facility for the warrant.
A victim reported the theft of their blue 1995 Honda Accord from the North Concord Station, between 0700-1925 hours.
An officer noticed a Honda Civic parked in the isle of the south east lower parking lot. The vehicle was eventually discovered stolen from the Sun Valley Mall earlier in the day, 1015-1315 hours and the initial report was taken by Concord P.D. BART officers contacted the recovered vehicle's owner and returned it to the victim after it was removed from the Stolen Vehicle System.
A victim called to report the theft of their catalytic converter from their vehicle, which was parked in the lot between 0930-1700 hours on 2/29.

A victim reported their catalytic converter was stolen from their 2002 Honda Accord while parked in the lower lot of the North Concord Station, between 0500-1625 hours.
A victim reported the theft of their 1996 Honda Accord while it was parked at the station between 0546 and 1413 hours. An officer responded and completed a report.
While patrolling the station’s lower lot an officer performed a stolen vehicle check of a gray 1991 Honda Accord whose (2) male occupants appeared suspicious. The officer soon learned the vehicle was in fact stolen from Concord Police jurisdiction. The officer, assisted by Concord Police, then arrested the suspects without incident. The officer interviewed the suspects. A sergeant responded and approved the arrests. Subsequently, the suspects were booked into the county jail.
A victim reported that their tan 1999 Honda Accord was burglarized while parked in stall 1391 between 0820 and 1830 hours. A Samsung brand cell phone charger and residential garage door opener were taken from the vehicle’s passenger compartment. An officer responded, but was unable to determine a point of entry. The officer did not process the vehicle for fingerprints due to inclement weather.
A victim reported the theft of their black Toyota Forerunner while the vehicle was parked in the station’s lower lot, between 0630 and 1829 hours. An officer responded and completed a report.
A victim reported the loss of her teal Raleigh 21 speed hybrid bike from the North Concord Station, between 0800-2030 hours. The bike was secured with a U-lock/cable system. Loss was $500.00.
A male and a female were detained for fare evasion by an officer. During the detention, the officer learned the male was the restrained party, and the female the protected party, in a protective order. The officer placed the male under arrest for violating the protective order and the female was issued a written warning for fare evasion. The male was then booked into the county jail.
A victim reported the theft of their 1998 Acura Integra. The vehicle was taken between 0550-1450 hours.
An officer detained a male suspect who was reportedly harassing females and acting aggressively while aboard a Pittsburg bound train. During the detention, the officer determined the suspect was too intoxicated to care for himself and placed him under arrest; no victims of any other crimes came forward. The suspect was then booked into the county jail.
A patron reported that their black 1997 Saturn sedan was burglarized while parked in stall #1303, in the lower lot, between 0830-1840 hours. An unknown suspect forced the lock to gain entry and stole the in-dash stereo unit.
A patron reported by phone that their white 2001 Chevrolet Silverado was burglarized while parked in the lower lot, on 11/12/15, between 0745-2000 hours. The suspect gained entry by unknown means and stole a flashlight and stereo equipment.
An officer detained a male suspect for fare evasion. Record checks showed that the man had an outstanding $50,000 arrest warrant for narcotics violations, held by Gilroy PD. The man was arrested for his warrant. A search incident to arrest revealed burglary tools on the man's person. The man was booked at Santa Rita Jail for his warrant and possession of burglary tools.
A victim reported that they parked and locked their 2004 Mitsubishi Lancer in the parking lot in stall 1265 on today at 0930 hours. They returned at 1430 hours to find their car battery taken and interior ransacked. The responding officer processed the vehicle for fingerprints.
A victim reported their black 2003 GMC Grand Sierra truck was broken into while parked in stall #1184 of the North Concord Station, between 0700-1945 hours. The suspect smashed the driver’s window to enter the truck and damaged the center console. The victim reported no loss and she declined to have her truck dusted for fingerprints.
