A male and a female were detained for fare evasion by an officer. During the detention, the officer learned the male was the restrained party, and the female the protected party, in a protective order. The officer placed the male under arrest for violating the protective order and the female was issued a written warning for fare evasion. The male was then booked into the county jail.
An officer detained a male suspect who was reportedly harassing females and acting aggressively while aboard a Pittsburg bound train. During the detention, the officer determined the suspect was too intoxicated to care for himself and placed him under arrest; no victims of any other crimes came forward. The suspect was then booked into the county jail.
A patron reported that their black 1997 Saturn sedan was burglarized while parked in stall #1303, in the lower lot, between 0830-1840 hours. An unknown suspect forced the lock to gain entry and stole the in-dash stereo unit.
A patron reported by phone that their white 2001 Chevrolet Silverado was burglarized while parked in the lower lot, on 11/12/15, between 0745-2000 hours. The suspect gained entry by unknown means and stole a flashlight and stereo equipment.
An officer detained a male suspect for fare evasion. Record checks showed that the man had an outstanding $50,000 arrest warrant for narcotics violations, held by Gilroy PD. The man was arrested for his warrant. A search incident to arrest revealed burglary tools on the man's person. The man was booked at Santa Rita Jail for his warrant and possession of burglary tools.
A victim reported that they parked and locked their 2004 Mitsubishi Lancer in the parking lot in stall 1265 on today at 0930 hours. They returned at 1430 hours to find their car battery taken and interior ransacked. The responding officer processed the vehicle for fingerprints.
A victim reported their black 2003 GMC Grand Sierra truck was broken into while parked in stall #1184 of the North Concord Station, between 0700-1945 hours. The suspect smashed the driver’s window to enter the truck and damaged the center console. The victim reported no loss and she declined to have her truck dusted for fingerprints.
A sergeant and officers responded to the station regarding a male suspect battering a female victim who was attempting to board a bus. The male suspect was detained without incident, and officers determined both he and the victim were currently in a dating relationship. Based upon information provided by an independent witness, the suspect was then placed under arrest for domestic violence. In addition, a wants/warrants check of the suspect revealed an active stay away order identifying him as the restrained party and the female as the protected party. The sergeant approved the arrest and the suspect was booked into the county jail for domestic violence, violation of the court order and issued a BART prohibition order. The victim was not injured and declined medical attention.
A victim reported the theft of their black/green men’s Trek brand road bike, valued at $449.00, while it was U-locked at the station between 1530 hours on 10/15/15 and 1245 hours on 10/20/15. An officer made telephone contact with the victim in order to prepare a report.

A victim reported their 2009 Jeep Cherokee was entered while parked at the North Concord Station, between 0715-1920 hours. The vehicle was parked in stall #1653. The reported loss was a Garvin GPS ($100.00) and Nike shoes ($130.00). An officer attempted to process the Jeep for prints but the victim declined fingerprinting.
A victim reported that their 1995 Chevrolet Blazer was burglarized while parked in stall 1379, between 0650 and 1730 hours. An officer responded and determined the vehicle had been entered through its driver’s door, via a shaved key. As a result of the burglary, the victim reported the loss of miscellaneous items. The officer was unable to recover usable fingerprints from the vehicle.
A witness reported observing a subject steal a bicycle by yanking on it and breaking the lock. Officers responded and located the suspect, who originally tried to evade them. The suspect made statements acknowledging that the bicycle was not his and the original witness was able to positively identify him as well. The suspect was arrested and booked into the Martinez Detention Facility for theft and possession of lost/stolen property.
A victim reported the theft of their purple Schwinn women’s mountain bike, valued at $300.00, while it was cable locked to the free area bike racks between 0800 and 1730 hours. An officer responded and completed a report.
A victim reported that they parked their 1999 Honda Civic at the station on 8/24/15 at 0800 hours, stall #1306. The victim returned at 1800 hours and found their vehicle gone. An officer completed a theft report.
An officer discovered a solo vehicle accident in the lower parking lot of the North Concord Station. The officer contacted the driver and discovered he was under the influence of alcohol. The male failed a field sobriety test and PAS test. The male was placed under arrest for driving while intoxicated and was booked at the Martinez Detention Facility. In addition, an auto collision report was completed. A sergeant responded to approve the arrest.
