A 68-year-old man reported having been sexually assaulted, robbed, and carjacked in the parking lot. The victim said that he had given the 25-to-29-year-old male suspect a ride from Emeryville. The suspect took the victim's watch and wallet before fleeing in the victim's borrowed vehicle.
An officer conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle driving suspiciously near the North Concord Station. Further investigation revealed that the vehicle was an un-reported stolen vehicle. The male juvenile suspect was arrested, issued a juvenile citation, and released to his mother. The stolen vehicle was returned to its rightful owner.
An adult female who was left homeless after an argument with her roommate, wandered into the station and voiced thoughts of suicide by jumping in front of a train. She was held for psychiatic evaluation.
Officers responded to the station on the report of two males fighting with one threatening to shoot the other. Trains were held out of the station until officers arrived. One of the involved parties was detained and later released. All other parties left the scene.
An officer observed a subject climbing out of the back of a Jeep. The subject was found to have burglarized the Jeep and another vehicle. The suspect was arrested and booked for auto burglary and possession of burglar tools.
