A male adult subject was placed under a psychiatric hold after it was reported that he jumped in front of a Richmond Bound train. The subject was successfully rescued from the trackway with minor injuries. The station was closed for approximately an hour and fourteen minutes for the investigation and rescue efforts.
Michael D. Lewis (30 years old, Stockton) was arrested for an outside agency felony warrant. He was subsequently charged with bringing a controlled substance into a jail and booked at the Berkeley City Jail.
Cassius Wilson (55, Berkeley) was detained for smoking and subsequently arrested for being a sex registrant out of compliance and an outside agency warrant. He was booked into the Berkeley City Jail.
The victim reported the theft of their white single speed road bike, unknown make and model, which was stolen sometime between the hours of 0915 on 4/25/18 and 0930 today's date. The bike was secured with a U-Lock and a cable lock, but was not locked to the bike rack.
A male subject, David HOGLUND (33 years old, Vacaville), was detained for fare evasion and found to have an outstanding felony warrant. HOGLUND was booked into Santa Rita jail in Dublin for his outstanding warrant.
Tommy Lamar (29, Oakland) was arrested for spousal battery and probation violation, and was also issued a BART prohibition order.
Randy Williams (24 years, Richmond, CA.) was detained for fare evasion and found to have an outstanding theft warrant. He was issued a citation for the infraction and booked into the county jail for the warrant.
