Van Aaron White (3/10/61, Albany) was arrested for 11377 H&S at the Millbrae Station. He was also found to have two outstanding 10K warrants for 11364 H&S, 11359(B) H&S, 11377 H&S and 11350(A) H&S. He was booked into the San Mateo County Jail in Redwood City.
A system service worker was battered by a male suspect (Black male, white t-shirt, sunglasses) on a Pittsburg train at the Millbrae Station. The suspect fled the scene prior to officers arriving. The victim suffered minor injuries.
A male (James Johnson, 41 years, Pittsburg) urinated inside the Millbrae Station and then attempted to fare evade. The station agent stopped Johnson and he brandished a weapon as he threatened the agent. Johnson fled but was detained near the station. Johnson was booked into jail and was issued a prohibition order.
An officer discovered multiple vehicles parked throughout the parking structure with window smashes. Some of the vehicle owners reported no loss and did not wish to file a report. Notes were left for the other vehicle owners to contact us upon their return, but none have as of the time of this entry. L17
A patron reported that their white 2006 Toyota Prius was burglarized while parked on the 4th level of the parking structure, between 5/12/17 at 1030 hours, to today at 2005 hours. An unknown suspect smashed the right front window to gain entry and stole an iPhone from the interior.
A patron reported by phone that their gray 2017 Honda Fit was burglarized while parked on the 4th level of the parking structure, between 0900-2000 hours. An unknown suspect smashed the right rear window to gain entry and stole a laptop computer.
A witness reported that an adult male was fighting with three juveniles in the bus zone. One of the juveniles stabbed the adult with a pocket knife. The suspects were described as a black male and two black females, all about 17 years old. The suspects fled toward Millbrae Avenue and were not located. BART and San Mateo County Sheriff's units responded. The victim was uncooperative and refused to provide a statement. The victim suffered a minor, non-life threatening cut to his back. The victim was transported to SF General Hospital. TSOC notified.
Officers detained two male suspects for battering one another. Further investigation determined the pair was in fact a father and his adult son whose argument escalated when they battered one another while at the station. As a result, both sustained minor visible injuries for which they declined medical attention. Officers placed the two under arrest for battering one another, issued each a prohibition order, and booked them into the county jail. A sergeant responded to approve the arrest.
A male suspect detained for fare evasion by an officer physically resisted the detention. The officer used force to attempt to detain the suspect, who was eventually placed into handcuffs with the assistance of several San Mateo County Sheriff’s deputies. A short time later, a warrants check of the suspect revealed an outstanding $100K felony vandalism warrant for his arrest. The suspect was then booked into the county jail for resisting arrest and the outstanding warrant. A sergeant responded to perform the use of force investigation and approve the arrest.
