A male patron was walking through the parking lot, to the station, when two suspects robbed him. One suspect pointed a gun at him while the second suspect grabbed the victim by his hair and pulled him to the ground. The suspects took the victim's cash and other property, then fled, possibly toward West MacArthur Blvd. GOA/UTL.
A female patron advised she was assaulted in the parking lot as she was making her way to her car. The assailants, described as three female juveniles, allegedly struck and kicked the victim about her head, face and back. The victim indicated that she knows one of the suspects.
A male suspect robbed a female victim at gunpoint in the parking lot. The loss was a red wallet containing $60 and credit cards. The robber fled towards West MacArthur Blvd. on a bicycle.
The Oakland Police reported being out with the victim of an armed robbery that occurred in the parking lot. The suspect, who was armed with a handgun, was described as a teenaged female with brown twists in her hair, wearing a black hooded sweatshirt and a white t-shirt.
A patron reported that a group of juveniles were seen roaming through the neighborhood near MacArthur Station smashing vehicle windows. BART officers arrived and discovered 19 vehicles parked at the MacArthur BART station had their windshields smashed, some had dents and scratches on the hoods. All of the suspects were gone on arrival.
An officer was attempting to identify a fare evasion suspect, the suspect suddenly ran out of the station. The officer engaged the suspect in a foot pursuit and found him hiding behind a fence a few blocks away. The suspect was arrested and booked.
