Robert Fletcher (43, Transient) was contacted on a welfare check and found to be in possession of narcotics, narcotic paraphernalia and stolen property. Fletcher was also on active probation. He was placed under arrest and booked into the Santa Rita Jail.
Collins, Ryan Benjamin (36, San Francisco) was arrested for assault with a deadly weapon for reportedly throwing a metal pipe at an adult male victim, striking the victim in the head, resulting in a contusion. EMS responded, but the victim declined treatment.
Curtis Garner (38 years, Oakland) was arrested for resisting/obstructing police after committing fare evasion and running from uniformed police officers who were attempting to detain him. He was subsequently issued a citation for the infraction and booked into the county jail for resisting/obstructing police.
Officers and medical personnel responded to the station regarding a person underneath a train. Subsequently, the person was located between two train cars and declared deceased. Alameda County Coroner’s personnel took custody of the decedent, whose death does not appear to involve foul play.
Daniel Luckadue (28, Oakland) was reported to have jumped on the track way and was screaming and yelling on the platform. When officers arrived Luckadue became combative and was arrested for resisting arrest.
A male, Michael Lev OSEROFF (31 years old, San Francisco), was contacted for fare evasion and taken into custody for an outstanding warrant. OSEROFF was booked into Alameda County jail for the outstanding warrant.
Officers responded to the MacArthur Station for a report of three runaway juveniles at the station. One of the juveniles had a warrant and was taken into custody. All three were transported to the Juvenile assessment center in Alameda County.
Witnesses reported that a male victim may have been stabbed. Responding officers ultimately located a male with an injury to his back, but the male was uncooperative and refused to provide any information. The male was transported to a local hospital for examination. It is not known where or how the injury occurred.
A male suspect (Daniel CARTER, 40, Emeryville) brandished a knife at a victim on the train. Responding officers detained Carter and the victim made a citizen's arrest. Carter was arrested for brandishing a knife, and possession of a concealed dirk/dagger. He was issued a prohibition order and was booked at Santa Rita Jail. The victim was not injured.
