Officers contacted Nestor Gonzalez (02/25/1989, Berkeley) on a train. Gonzalez did not have proof of payment. A record check revealed Gonzalez had a no bail warrant for a parole violation, 3056 PC out of CDC. Gonzalez was booked into the Santa Rita Jail for the warrant.
Officers contacted Adrian Walker (11/24/70, Oakland) for fare evasion. An automated record check revealed an outstanding warrant for probation violation from the US Marshals Service. Walker was taken into custody and transported to Santa Rita Jail where he was booked.
Armando Rivas (8/10/92, Hayward) was contacted on the platform of the Lake Merritt Station after causing a disturbance. Rivas did not have valid BART fare. Rivas was arrested for the above listed offence and booked at the Alameda County Santa Rita Jail.
Trevor Garske (12/11/83, Turlock) was contacted by fare inspection officers at the Lake Merritt Station. Garske was not in possession of valid fare and had an outstanding felony warrant. Garske was booked into Santa Rita jail for the above listed offense.
Moishe Harris (8/16/1969, San Pablo) was contacted on a train at the Lake Merritt Station. Harris had an active felony warrant, and was not in possession of a BART fare ticket. Harris was booked into the Alameda County Santa Rita Jail for the warrant.
Brittney Shaw (8/16/89, Oakland) was arrested and booked into the Santa Rita Jail on the listed charge. Shaw, who did not possess valid fare media, was also issued a Prohibition Order.
Officers contacted a subject, later identified as Rodriguez, Carlos (8/23/02, Hayward), for fare evasion at the 12th Street BART Station. Rodriguez was found to have an active misdemeanor (no bail) juvenile warrant out of Alameda County for PC 211. Rodriguez was arrested for the warrant and booked into Alameda County Juvenile Hall.
Officers Morales and Jackson detained Ryan Ames (10/15/1981, S.F.) for fare evasion. A records check revealed Ames had an outstanding misdemeanor arrest warrant. Ames was booked into the Santa Clara County jail in San Jose.
Rafael Feliciano (10/31/76, San Francisco) was booked into the Santa Rita Jail for an outstanding $10k felony 422PC warrant issued from SFPD, as well as a $7,500 misdemeanor 148(a)(1)PC warrant from Santa Cruz PD, and 11377 H&S. Feliciano was originally detained for fare evasion.
