Officers were riding trains and detained a female (Traci Ray, 47 years, Dublin) for smoking a suspected controlled substance on the train. A records check showed Ray had a 25K arrest warrant and was booked into jail.

Patrons on a Warm Springs bound train reported a male and female involved in a physical fight. Officers detained both parties, but no witnesses came forward to make a complaint. Record checks showed that the female had a domestic violence restraining order against the male (Eric DARNELL, 50, Campbell). Darnell was arrested for violation of a domestic violence restraining order. Narcotics paraphernalia was discovered on his person incident to arrest. Darnell was booked at Glenn Dyer Jail.
Two male juveniles (15 and 16 years old) were arguing with an adult male on a Warm Springs train. The juvenile suspects battered the adult victim and attempted to flee from the Lake Merritt Station. Both were apprehended after short foot pursuits. The juvenile suspects were placed under arrest for battery on a transit patron and resisting arrest. Both were issued Prohibition Orders and booked at the Alameda County Juvenile Hall.
Benny Wiggins, Jr. (35 years old, Martinez) threatened to commit bodily harm to a female victim on the platform at the Lake Merritt Station. Wiggins was arrested for making criminal threats, issued a Prohibition Order and booked at the Glenn Dyer Jail.
A male victim placed another male under citizen's arrest after the suspect punched him. The suspect (William Weisner, 18 years, Oakland) was issued a prohibition order before being booked into the Glenn Dyer Jail for battery. The victim was treated by medical personnel on scene for his minor injury.
A male suspect was observed in an unauthorized area at the Lake Merritt Station. The male suspect was placed under arrest for burglary and an active warrant. The male suspect made statements about harming himself. The suspect was placed on a psychiatric detention with a police hold. He will be booked at the County Jail upon being released from the hospital.

Officers responded to a report of a person who had jumped onto the trackway and was brought back to the platform by patrons. The person (Anthony Stevenson, 28 years old, Oakland) was placed under arrest for an outstanding $10,000 arrest warrant. There were no injuries or delay in service.
