An officer responded to the station regarding a white male with a long gray beard, wearing a red/white Santa Clause hat and a yellow shirt, placing offensive fliers on vehicles in the station’s reserve parking lot and threatening the reporting party/victim. On his arrival, the officer located the fliers which contained anti-Semitic statements; the suspect and the victim, however, were no longer at the station when the officer arrived. The officer removed the fliers from the remaining vehicles in the lot and then made telephone contact with the victim, who reported contacting the suspect after observing him placing the fliers on vehicles, including the victim’s. On being contacted by the victim, the suspect directed an anti-Semitic remark toward, and threatened to kill, the victim. During their confrontation, the victim managed to photograph both the suspect and his vehicle - a gray Mazda truck – in which he eventually fled on Happy Valley Road. The officer requested station video, but was not readily able to obtain registration information for the suspect vehicle. 1609-1462 L10/L22
