Javier Campoy (30, San Francisco) was arrested and booked into the Martinez Jail for vandalism, possession of vandalism tools and a probation violation.
A male subject, Sebastian REYES-CASTRO (41 years old, San Francisco), was taken into custody for public intoxication and a violation of probation. REYES-CASTRO was booked into Contra Costa County jail.
Terrance Brown (35, Pinole) was arrested and booked into the Martinez Jail for possession of stolen property, theft, possession of burglary tools and a probation violation.
Liza Herrera (42, San Francisco) was arrested for a $10,000 warrant.
Curtis Garner (38, Oakland) was arrested for battery and possession of a switchblade knife. He was also issued a prohibition order before being booked into the Martinez Jail.
Nathan Wells (41, Oakland) was arrested for resisting arrest and a probation violation. Wells was booked into the Martinez Jail.
Dimitri Crenshaw (34 years, Antioch) was placed under arrest for a 10K 11350 H&S warrant at the Lafayette Station and booked into jail.
A victim reported the theft of his Men's Versa 3-spd bike (black) at the Lafayette Station on 7/25/18 between 0800 and 2045 hours. The bike was secured to the bike rack with a cable lock.
The victim reported the theft of their cell phone, which occurred earlier while onboard a train in San Francisco.
Officers and paramedics attempted to revive an unresponsive adult male onboard a train, but he was declared deceased after life-saving measures were initiated. The Contra Costa County Coroner’s office then took control of the decedent. The death does not appear criminal in nature, but officers are investigating further.
Alec Waltz (24 years old, San Francisco) was detained for fare evasion at the Lafayette Station. Waltz was arrested for 148(a)(1) P.C., 148.9(a) P.C., 594.2 P.C. and a felony, no-bail warrant. Waltz was cited for 640(c)(1) P.C. and booked at the Martinez Detention Facility.
A female adult, Sabrina WHITLOCK (57 years old, Oakland), was contacted and found to have a condition of her probation to stay away from all BART stations. WHITLOCK was taken into custody and booked into the Martinez Detention Facility.
A victim reported their catalytic converter was removed from their 2001 Ford Excursion while parked at the Lafayette Station between 0550-1702 hours.
Loncell Hill (47, San Francisco) was arrested for public intoxication, probation violation, and for having an active stay away order from all BART stations.
Craig Cuthbert (24 years old), a suspect of an Assault with a Deadly Weapon incident that occurred on 10/8/17 turned himself into San Francisco Police Department. Curhbert was arrest for Assault with a Deadly Weapon and booked at the Martinez Detention Facility.
A male suspect (White, unshaven, 30-40 years old, blonde hair, green Army style jacket) was in a dispute with two male adult victims aboard a Pittsburg train at the Lafayette Station. The suspect and victims began fighting on the platform. The suspect stabbed the victims with a pocket knife. The suspect fled the scene and was not located. BART and Lafayette units responded. The victims suffered non-life threatening injuries. The victims were transported to a local hospital for treatment.
A male subject, later identified as Andrew SCURR (52 years old, Berkeley) was contacted after he was reportedly passed out on platform two. SCURR was found to be under the influence of alcohol and unable to care for himself. SCURR was found to be on active probation. SCURR was taken into custody and booked into the Martinez Detention Facility for public intoxication, as well as a probation violation.
An officer attempted to detain a subject for fare evasion. The subject resisted the officer and force was used to detain him. The suspect (Bonner, Javare, 21 years old out of Hercules) was arrested and booked into the Martinez Detention Facility for resisting arrest.
Officers responded to the Lafayette Station for a report of a male (Jalen Garrison, 23 years, Sacramento) threatening patrons with a knife, spitting on patrons and making terrorist threats on a Pleasant Hill bound train that was stopped at the Lafayette Station. Garrison was located but refused to comply with an officer's orders. Force was used to restrain Garrison and place him into handcuffs. Garrison was identified by several victims. Garrison was issued a Prohibition Order and booked into the Martinez Detention Facility for brandishing a weapon, assault with a deadly weapon, and battery.
A male suspect attempted to take a suitcase from a male victim while on the platform. The victim attempted to stop the suspect from taking the luggage and the suspect punched him in the face. A short fight ensued and other witnesses intervened to help the victim maintain possession of the suitcase. The victim suffered minor facial injuries during the incident. Officers were able to detain the suspect without incident and discovered that he was in possession of suspected rock cocaine and a crack pipe. He was issued a prohibition order and booked into the Martinez Detention Facility for attempted robbery and possession of narcotics and drug paraphernalia. The victim was treated on scene for his minor injuries.
A victim reported their 2013 Jeep was burglarized while parked at the Lafayette Station, between 0700-1830 hours. A passenger window was smashed and the loss was a backpack.
A victim reported their catalytic converter was stolen from their Honda while parked at the Lafayette Station on 7/19/17.
The victim reported that their 2001 Mercedes-Benz ML55 was burglarized while parked in the station’s far east parking lot, stall #931, between 0700 hours and 1530 hours on 5/30/17. The vehicle’s driver’s door lock was defeated to gain entry and the passenger compartment ransacked, but no items were taken. A Community Service Officer made telephone contact with the victim, and completed a report.
