A female station agent reported a male suspect threatening to batter her at the station. The male chased the agent into the employee restroom, where she could secure herself while waiting for officers to arrive. When officers arrived, they contacted the station agent and the belligerent male suspect. He was positively identified and taken into custody. He was also found to have two $10,000 warrants for battery and violation of a court order. The male was issued a prohibition order before being booked into the Santa Rita Jail for making criminal threats and the warrants. The agent was not physically injured.
A male victim was walking through the parking structure when two male suspects (BMs, 14-16 years, dark hoodies) approached him. One of the males punched him in the head while the other displayed a small, black semi-automatic handgun. They then took his backpack, which contained a laptop, cellphone and headphones. The victim claimed no injuries and declined medical attention. The suspects were not located.

One of the suspects (BM, late teens-20s, black hoodie, white pants) punched her in the head, knocking her to the ground, as he took her cell phone. The second suspect (BM, late teens-early 20s, no further description) opened her backpack and took another cell phone before the suspects fled the area. The victim declined medical attention. Fremont PD contacted BART Police regarding an unreported stolen Honda that was taken from the Hayward Station. Three suspects were in-custody. The victim was contacted, a stolen vehicle report was taken and the Honda was released to the owner.
