During the detention, Gunnari proved he was too intoxicated to care for himself and was placed under arrest for public intoxication. Gunnari was booked at Santa Rita Jail and was cited for fare evasion.
A female victim called to report that she was at the Hayward Station with a male who is required to stay away from her per the conditions of a court order. Officers responded and arrested the suspect (Ramon Seuell, Hayward) for violating the court order. Seuell was booked at the Santa Rita Jail.

The witness said the victim was crying and in distress. Officers responded and learned the victim and suspect are involved in a dating relationship. The suspect was arrested for domestic battery. The victim did not wish to press charges and refused an emergency protective order. The suspect was issued a Prohibition Order and booked at the Hayward Jail.
A victim reported their 2015 Toyota Tacoma truck was burglarized while parked at the Hayward Station, between 0755-1900 hours. The front passenger window was forced down by the suspect to enter the truck. The center console and glove box was damaged.

A victim reported their 2000 Toyota Camry was burglarized while parked at the Hayward Station, between 0830-1200 hours. Unknown method of entry but the interior was searched. Loss was the car's battery.
An officer stopped a male (Nathanael Howland, 27 years, Hayward) for fare evading through the emergency gate at the Hayward Station. A records check revealed Howland had a no bail CDC warrant for violation of parole. Howland was booked at Santa Rita Jail.
While on patrol, an officer observed a subject running out of the paid area of station. The officer determined that a cell phone theft had just occurred and a foot pursuit ensued. At one point during the pursuit, the suspect threw down the victim's cell phone. The victim's cell phone was subsequently recovered. A search for the suspect yielded negative results. The suspect is described as a Black Male in his teens, 5'05 thin build, wearing a puffy jacket, and dark pants. Station video is to be requested.
A sergeant contacted an adult female for fare evasion. The female resisted the detention and fought with the sergeant. During the struggle, the suspect bit the sergeant. She was eventually taken into custody. She was found to have a valid stay away order to stay away from all BART stations. She was issued a prohibition order and placed on a psychiatric evaluation hold with a criminal hold for resisting arrest, battery on an officer and violation of the court order. She will be booked on those charges once she has been cleared for booking.

An officer conducting a fare evasion enforcement contacted an adult male (Keith Rogers, 29 years old, Merced) and discovered that he had an $80,000 warrant for domestic violence. The male was issued a citation for fare evasion and booked into the Santa Rita Jail for the warrant.
Three auto burglaries were reported in the parking structure, between 1330-1745 hours. An unknown suspect smashed the windows to gain entry and ransacked the interiors.

Witnesses reported two males involved in a fight. Officers detained both parties and determined that the two males were involved in a dating relationship. The primary aggressor was found to have an outstanding $50,000 arrest warrant for narcotics violations, held by Hayward PD. The man was arrested for domestic violence and his warrant and was booked at Santa Rita Jail.

Dispatch was advised of a subject who was on the BART track way south of the Hayward Station (near Orchard Avenue). The suspect boarded a Richmond train after being spoken to by a train operator. Officers detained the subject at the Hayward Station and determined he was a danger to himself. A wants check revealed that the subject (Garcia, Raymond, 31, Fairfield) had a no bail burglary warrant issued out from San Diego County; which was extraditable. The subject was placed under a psychiatric detention with a criminal hold for the warrant. TSOC was advised.
A patron reported that their blue 2014 Mazda van was burglarized while parked on the first level of the parking structure, between 1700-2359 hours. An unknown suspect smashed the right rear window to gain entry and stole clothing and other miscellaneous items.
