Alex Woods (25, Hayward) was arrested for theft, possession of burglary tools, and probation violation.
A suspect (Barbara Marquardt, 42 years, Oakland) was arrested and booked for auto theft.
Chase Halliwell (18 years old, Hayward) was arrested for 11359 (b) H&S, 11357 (b) (2) H&S and 11360 (a) (2) H&S at the Hayward Station. Halliwell was issued a prohibition order and booked at the Santa Rita Jail.
Officers conducting fare evasion enforcement detained a male (Shailesh BANSRAJ, 46, Oakland) and learned that he was a sex/arson registrant who was out of compliance. Bansraj was arrested and booked at Santa Rita Jail.
Orlin Dubon (18, San Francisco) was arrested for theft. 1802-1308 L12.
Ricky Cubean (51, San Francisco) was arrested for battery and issued a prohibition order.
Officers detained a male (Servante Rodrigues, 24 years, Oakland) for fare evasion at the Hayward Station. A records check showed he had a no bail arrest warrant issued by CDC. Rodrigues was cited for fare evasion and booked into jail on the warrant.
An adult male, (Keandre Allums, 24, Oakland) was detained for fare evasion and subsequently arrested on an outstanding warrant.
Carol Metters (62, Oakland) was arrested for public intoxication and possession of drug paraphernalia.
Joseph Billberry (36 years old, Hayward) was arrested for a felony, no-bail warrant at the Hayward Station. Billberry was booked at the Santa Rita Jail.
Armando Martinez (34 years old, Oakland) was arrested for a no-bail felony warrant and booked at the Santa Rita Jail.
A male and female reported that they were attacked by three suspects in the parking lot. The suspects were described as Hispanic males, aged 30-40. The suspects fled from the station and were not located by responding BART and Hayward PD officers. The male victim suffered major, but not life-threatening, stab wounds, and was transported to the hospital for surgery. The female victim was treated for facial injuries and was released from the hospital. TSOC notified.
A male (Brandon HOUCHINS, 24, San Francisco) was arrested for violation of a stay-away order from all BART stations. Houchins was booked at Santa Rita Jail.
At 2120 hours, BART Police, Fire and medical personnel responded to the Hayward station regarding an unresponsive adult male. A short time later, medical personnel declared the male deceased. No foul play is suspected at this time. Notifications were made and The Alameda County Coroner responded and took custody of the deceased.
A male subject threatened to cause physical harm to the on-duty station agent at the Hayward Station. The male subject was placed under arrest for making criminal threats. It was determined that the male subject was in need of a mental health evaluation. The male subject was placed on a psychiatric detention, with a police hold, and transferred to a local hospital. The male subject will be issued a Prohibition Order and booked at the County Jail upon his release.
Two victims reported being robbed of their wallets and cell phones, about 20 minutes earlier. The suspects were described as three black males, wearing dark clothing, and with their faces covered. One suspect was armed with a handgun. The suspects fled toward downtown Hayward and were not located by responding officers.
Mark Stewart (49 years old, Richmond) was detained for fare evasion at the Hayward Station. Stewart provided a false name and then resisted the officer as he attempted to take him into custody. Stewart was taken into custody after a brief struggle. Stewart was arrested for battery on a peace officer, resisting arrest and a probation violation. Stewart was issued a Prohibition Order and booked at the Santa Rita Jail.
BART and Hayward Police officers got into a physical altercation with a male suspect who had battered his girlfriend while in the bus zone. The suspect was taken into custody after being tased. The suspect (22, Hayward) was taken to St. Rose Hospital in Hayward prior to being booked at Santa Rita for battery on officer and domestic battery.
Njawa Pendar (40 years old, Mountain View) was placed under arrest for an outstanding $10,000 arrest warrant.
Officers stopped a male (Mychal Stuart, 18, Hayward) for fare evasion at the Hayward Station and placed him under arrest for a no-bail warrant.
9/28/17 at 0624 hours Officers contacted a male (Kalei Williams, 29 years) for fare evasion. It was discovered that Williams had an outstanding warrant. Williams was booked into Santa Rita County Jail.
9/26/17y, 1634 hours A victim reported their XXX was burglarized while parked at the Hayward Station, between XXX hours. 1709- XXXX L22
A victim reported a burglary of their 1998 Honda Accord while it was parked in the parking structure at the Hayward Station. The burglary occurred on 9/25/17 between 0830 hours and 2020 hours. Entry was made via a driver's window smash. There was no loss.
