Lisa Woods (38, Fairfield) was arrested for assault with a weapon, probation violation, and violation of a stay away order from all BART stations. She was also issued a prohibition order.
Muhammad Magbool (35 years, Belmont) was detained for 415 PC and placed under arrest for 21310 PC at the Hayward Station. Magbool was booked into Santa Rita Jail.
Hailey Small (25, San Lorenzo) was arrested for a no-bail warrant and other warrants totaling $65,000.
Roli Okorupudu (32, Oakland) was taken into custody for resisting arrest.
Randy Harris (56, San Mateo) was arrested on an outside agency warrant and booked into the Glenn Dyer Jail.
Robert Villa (31, Daly City) was arrested for burglary, possession of burglary tools, misappropriation of lost property, possession of narcotics and possession of drug paraphernalia.
A male subject, Edward SANTOS (63 years old, Richmond), was taken into custody for several outstanding warrants. SANTOS was taken into custody for his outstanding warrants and booked into Alameda County jail.
William Lusk Jr. (31, Elk Grove) was arrested for Rape, lewd acts, grand theft, battery, possession of narcotics, possession of drug paraphernalia and a parole violation. Lusk was booked into the Santa Rita Jail.
The victim reported the theft of their iPhone while at the station.
Leauthry Carpenter (23 years old, San Francisco) was arrested for 11377 H&S, 369 (b) P.C. and a $5000 warrant at the Hayward Station. Carpenter was booked at the Santa Rita Jail.
Corrie L. Blackwell (27, Hayward) was arrested for violation of probation and resisting arrest.
The Hayward Station was closed for approximately 27 minutes while officers investigated a bomb threat.
Arturo Rodriguez (35, Hayward) was arrested for making threats and disturbing the peace.
Olisa M. Ruelas (48, Antioch) was arrested for possession of drug paraphernalia and an outside agency warrant.
Reginald Perkins (26, Richmond) was arrested for violating a court order to stay away from BART.
Savita Asthana (47, Hayward) was arrested for a $25,000 warrant.
Sedric Reynolds (29, San Francisco) was detained for disturbing the peace and subsequently arrested on two outside agency warrants. He was booked into the Santa Rita Jail.
The station was closed for several hours after Hayward Police arrested a person who had fired a shot inside the station. There were no injuries. A joint investigation is being conducted with Hayward Police.
Roberto Perez (23, Oakland) was arrested for possession of controlled substances, false impersonation, resisting arrest and an outside agency misdemeanor warrant.
The victim's cell phone was stolen while at the station.
HUNT, Lloyd (Hayward, 50) was contacted for fare evasion and subsequently arrested for violation of 166(a)(4) PC. He was booked into the Santa Rita Jail.
The victim had her iPhone X snatched from her hand by a black male juvenile, 5'04", black hoodie and blue jeans, as she purchased food from the food vendor in front of the station. The suspect fled on foot and was unable to be located.
Simon Thompkins (34, San Jose) was arrested for a parole violation.
A male passenger was robbed of his laptop computer by 4-5 suspects, who fled from the station. Responding officers were unable to locate the suspects in the area.
Serafin Saavedra (56, San Francisco) was arrested for an outside agency misdemeanor warrant.
