A male victim reported that while aboard a Dublin bound train at the Fruitvale Station a Black male snatched his gold I-Phone 7 Plus from his hand and fled the train. The victim chased the the suspect on foot. The suspect struck the victim in the face with a closed fist as he confronted him. The suspect then fled the scene on foot.
A male victim reported that three Black male juveniles pushed him and snatched his T-mobile phone (unknown model) from his hand. The victim stood up and was kicked. This caused him to fall to the ground. The suspects then fled the scene on foot.
Officers contacted a male (Blaney, John 27 years old, Oakland) for littering and being in possession of an open container. Officers determined that Blaney was unable to care for himself due to alcohol intoxication. Blaney was arrested for public intoxication and booked at Santa Rita Jail.

Officers stopped a male (Fabbian Bell, 25 years, Oakland) for skateboarding at the Fruitvale Station. Bell attempted to walk away from the officers and resisted arrest. Force was used to place Bell under arrest. He was booked into the Glenn Dyer Jail.
A male (James Corpuz, 20 years, Daly city) was stopped for fare evasion and attempted to flee from the officers. Force was used to subdue Corpuz and he was placed under arrest. Corpus was booked into jail.
A male victim reported that he was in his vehicle in the lot near 35th Avenue when two suspects approached (#1 - BM, 22-23 years, 5'11", thin, all black clothing, no description of suspect #2). Suspect #1 produced a black semi-automatic handgun and demanded money from the victim. The victim said he didn't have any money, so the suspect took his cell phone and fled the area. The victim was not injured.
The victim’s 04 Honda Civic was burglarized between the hours of 0720-1630 while parked on the top level of the parking structure in stall #742. Loss was a black Pioneer stereo. The vehicle was processed for evidence with negative results.
An unknown suspect entered a '97 Mazda Miata which was parked, locked and secure, in the surface parking lot next to the bus zone from 05:15 to 15:00. The loss was miscellaneous tools and the car stereo.

The officers searched the area for the suspect who was described as a Black female, 25 years old, with black curly hair to her shoulders reddish blonde hair with ponytail in a puffball shape, light bluish green jacket, and with a 5 year old child. The suspect was in the company of another subject who was described as a light skinned other female in her twenties with blond hair. The officers searched the area for the suspect with negative results.
A male was reported to be behaving erratically. A BART Officer detained the male and discovered that he had a 40K warrant for public intoxication out of San Mateo County. The male was transported to Santa Rita Jail.

Officers then determined his actual identity and learned he was on active probation and prohibited from entering BART property, via a court issued stay away order. Officers placed the suspect under arrest for the violations without incident, and then booked him into the county jail.
