A male victim was seated aboard a Fremont bound train, while holding his laptop. At Fruitvale Station, two suspects approached the victim. One suspect grabbed the victim's laptop and both suspects off-boarded. When the victim attempted to retrieve his laptop, the second suspect punched the victim, knocking him to the ground. The laptop fell to the ground, and both suspects fled and eluded capture. The victim retrieved his laptop and did not sustain serious injury.
An adult female crashed her car into a tree adjacent to the parking structure at the Fruitvale station. Officers arrived and the driver was arrested for driving under the influence of an alcoholic beverage. It was determined that her BAC was between .16% and .18%. She was booked for DUI.
An adult male reported being robbed of his wallet at gunpoint in the 35th Ave. parking lot by three males who fled in a red van. One suspect was armed with a rifle or shotgun with a pistol grip. BART units assisted in a search for the van/suspects, stopping one at High St. and Foothill Blvd.(no match). Case turned over to the Oakland Police.
An adult male was beaten and robbed in the bus stop area by two males who fled with the victim's wallet. A CSO spotted one suspect running and a sergeant picked up the chase, cornering him in a garage. A K9 was used to locate the suspect who was hiding in the cab of a large truck. Half an hour later the second suspect was spotted and after a brief foot pursuit he too was taken into custody. Both were positively identified as the responsibles by a witness. Both were booked. The victim was transported to a local hospital for treatment.
A male patron had a few dollars forcibly stolen from him by an unknown male adult in front of the station. The suspect approached the victim and asked to use his cell phone. The victim fought off the suspect who had reached in the victim's pocket and grabbed a few dollars. The victim was not injured, and the suspect was able to escape from the area.
A resident reported suspects selling drugs from a makeshift tent, under the BART tracks at 41st Avenue and San Leandro Street. An officer arrested one suspect for possession of heroin, a crack pipe and syringes.

An adult male was robbed of an iPOD while on board a Dublin bound train approaching Fruitvale station. The suspect, a male in his 20's, dark complexion, tatoos on his forearm, wearing a white sweater and blue jeans, claimed to have a gun when the offense was committed. The train in which the suspect was believed to have remained on board was searched without success.
An officer observed a suspect loitering in the station. The officer knew the suspect was in violation of a court order prohibiting him from all BART stations. The suspect was arrested and booked for violating the court order.
An adult male subject asked an adult male victim for money. When the victim refused, the suspect brandished a small knife and threatened the victim. The victim's brother was able to knock the knife from the suspect's hand. The suspect was arrested by responding officers and booked for attempted robbery.
An off-duty Martinez Police Officer observed a battery in progress on a Dublin Train approaching the Fruitvale Station. Upon intervening three suspects fled exiting the station. They were later apprehended by Oakland Police Officers. The suspects were positively identified by the off-duty officer and subsequently cited and released. The male victim was transported to Highland Hospital for non-life threatening injuries he sustained.
At 1747 hrs., a parole agent flagged down BART police officers and showed them a photograph of a robbery suspect wanted by Oakland police. At 1900 hrs., the officers located and arrested the suspect near the hotdog vendor. The suspect was turned over to O.P.D.
A 16 year old juvenile was assaulted and robbed of his cell phone by two two other male juveniles. The offense occurred on the access road nearest 35th Ave. The victim suffered a facial cut after being battered by the suspects.
A female patron had her cell phone stolen after she allowed someone to use it then the borrower refused to give it back. The suspect and an accomplice were last seen fleeing towards the back lot. Both were described as dark complected males wearing dread locks, one wearing a sweatshirt with a money emblem on it.
A bus driver taking a break in his bus overheard a verbal commotion in the bus zone between a male and a female. When the driver tried to intercede on behalf of the female, the male brandished a handgun tucked in his waistband and threatened to shoot the driver. The suspect was taken into custody in the plaza area and later booked at juvenile hall.

Two adult suspects attempted to take an electronic game from a juvenile male. An adult couple intervened on behalf of the juvenile and followed the suspects as they were leaving the station.
