A victim reported being robbed by two male suspects (#1 - HM, 20s, 6', 180 lbs, short beard, dark jacket and pants, #2 - Unknown race male, black hoodie, blue jeans) while he was in the bus zone. Suspect #1 brandished an 8" knife before demanding money. The victim gave them his wallet, which contained his ID, an ATM card and $25 cash. The suspects then fled on foot and were not located. The victim was not injured. Station video will be requested.
A victim reported their 2016 Mazda ZX-5 was burglarized while parked at the Fremont Station.

A male suspect detained for fare evasion by officers was found to be on searchable probation, which then led to the discovery that he was in possession of narcotics, narcotics paraphernalia and a credit card belonging to another individual. The suspect was eventually booked into the county jail for the narcotic and probation violations. The officers will perform further investigation regarding the credit card.

A victim reported a male was creating a disturbance by attempting to pick a fight with patrons at the Fremont Station. Officers responded, located the male and placed him under arrest for public intoxication.
A male suspect detained as a “suspicious person” by an officer was found to have an outstanding $35K misdemeanor theft warrant, held by Concord Police, for his arrest. The suspect was then arrested and booked into the county jail for the warrant.
Officer took a report from a male subject who wished to file a report regarding the burglary of his father’s vehicle. The male advised his father had left the station with the vehicle, a 1988 Pontiac Fiero, however he wished to file a report. The male reported that his father parked the vehicle at approximately 0700 hours and returned at approximately 1738 hours. The male advised it was unknown how the suspect entered the vehicle, as there was no damage. The male stated the vehicle was ransacked and reported a loss of the vehicle registration/insurance card. The victim also reported damage to the ignition and center console.
Dispatch broadcasted a BOLO for a missing person adult who was suicidal and autistic. An officer Turner located the subject at the Powell Street Station. The subject was placed on a 5150W&I hold for being a danger to himself and taken to Davies Medical Hospital. His mother was notified and removed from MUPS.
Officers detained an adult male for fare evasion and was subsequently found to be in possession of marijuana greater than 28.5 ounces. The suspect also had an outstanding $15,000 theft related arrest warrant out of the San Francisco Police Department. The suspect was given a warning citation for fare evasion and then booked into the Santa Rita jail for the warrant and marijuana violation.
A train operator reported that a male suspect pushed him and threatened to kill him while at the Fremont Station. The suspect boarded a train, but was located at the South Hayward Station. The victim, who was not injured, responded to that location and identified him before placing him under citizen's arrest. The suspect was medically cleared, but deemed to be in need of psychiatric evaluation, so he was transported to John George Pavilion for a psychiatric evaluation with a criminal hold for the listed charges. He was also issued a prohibition order.

The victim reported the theft of their women’s (blue) Huffy brand bicycle, valued at $40.00, while it was cable locked at the station between 0800 and 1830 hours on 1-24-17. An officer contacted the victim and completed a report.
A victim reported the theft of his 6 speed mountain bike from the bike racks. The bike was secured with a cable lock at 0845 hours and when the victim returned at 1800 hours, the bike and lock were gone.
A male suspect detained by an officer for fare evasion was found to have an outstanding “no bail” assault warrant for his arrest. The officer arrested the suspect for the warrant without incident, issued him a warning for fare evasion and booked him into the nearby Fremont Police jail.
Officers detained a man for fare evasion, but could not confirm his identity. The man was ultimately identified by means of a portable fingerprint scanner. The man was arrested for providing false information to a peace officer and resisting/delaying/obstructing an officer. The man was cited for his violations.
A patron reported that their light blue Specialized 7-speed road bike was stolen from the east side of the station, between 1/20/17 at 1030 hours, to today at 1830 hours. The victim secured the bike with a cable lock.

A male suspect detained by an officer for fare evasion was found to have an outstanding kidnap warrant, from the State of Colorado, for his arrest. The suspect was placed under arrest for the warrant without incident and then booked into the county jail.
Officers contacted three subjects at the station regarding a disturbance. A wants/warrants check of one of the (male) subjects revealed has was the restrained party of a stay away order in which one of the other involved subjects was the protected party. The officers placed the male under arrest for violating the order and then booked him into the county jail.
An officer contacted a female subject and learned that she had an outstanding no-bail arrest warrant for probation violation, held by Richmond PD. The woman was arrested for her warrant and booked at Santa Rita Jail.
