A taxi driver reported that a male suspect got into the driver's seat of his cab while the driver was standing a short distance away. The man refused to exit the vehicle and backed into a concrete bollard before fleeing toward Hacienda Crossing. The vehicle was described as a silver 2002 Pontiac Montana van. The suspect was a Hispanic male, about 35 years old, 5'8" tall, 200 pounds, wearing a white shirt. Responding officers could not locate the vehicle in the area. Allied agencies were notified.
A female victim reported that a male suspect had punched her in the side of the head without provocation, while she was in the bus zone. The suspect went to the platform and was detained by responding officers. The victim positively identified the suspect, and placed him under citizen's arrest. The victim declined medical attention. The suspect was booked at Santa Rita Jail for battery on a transit patron.
The victim reported the theft of their black 21 sp Schwinn Mountain bike which occurred today between the hours of 0615-1700. The victim secured their bike with a cable lock to the racks in the free area of the station.
A victim reported the theft of their black mountain bike from the bike racks. The bike was secured to the rack with a cable lock at 0820 hours and when the victim returned at 1800 hours, the bike and lock were gone.

A train operator reported he almost struck a male that was walking in the trackway between the West Dublin Station and East Dublin. A train operator managed to talk the male aboard a west bound train and officers intercepted the train at the West Dublin Station. The male was placed under arrest and was booked at Santa Rita Jail for delay/trespass onto railroad property.
A victim reported their white 1995 Honda Civic 2 door was broken into while parked in stall #792 of the East Dublin Station, between 0600-1800 hours. The driver's door was open but there were no signs of a forced entry on the Honda. The interior was searched and a BART parking pass was taken.
A victim reported his Bianchi road bike was stolen from the East Dublin Station, between 0830-2100 hours. An officer responded and discovered the victim's front tire and Kryptonite lock were intact but his frame was gone, indicating the frame was possibly not secured inside the u-lock.
A female suspect threatened a station agent with a box cutter as she fare evaded out the East Dublin Station. Officers arrived, located the female and detained her for fare evasion/criminal threats. The agent placed the female under citizen's arrest and she was booked into the Santa Rita Jail. In addition, the female was issued a prohibition order.
An officer contacted two suspects for urinating on the platform. A records check revealed that one of the suspects had three outstanding warrants. The first warrant was for $5,000 charging theft, held by Fremont PD, the second for $10,000 charging theft, held by Concord PD, and the third for $884 for a traffic violation, held by SFPD. The warrants were confirmed and the suspect was booked into the Santa Rita Jail on the warrants.

The officer determined the female was intoxicated and unable to care for herself. A records check showed the female had two arrest warrants for burglary and creating a disturbance. An officer was called to a fare dispute and discovered that the female had a $25,000 warrant for assault with a deadly weapon and a $25,000 warrant for being under the influence of narcotics. The female was booked into the Santa Rita Jail for the warrants.
An adult male called into the ISRC stating that he had a warrant and wanted to meet with an officer. Dispatchers conducted a records check on the male and confirmed that he had a no bail warrant for vandalism, held by our agency. An officer contacted the suspect and placed him under arrest for the warrant without incident. The suspect was booked into the Santa Rita Jail on the warrant.
The victim reported that her Honda Insight was burglarized today while parked in stall #2306 between the hours of 0930-1130. The unknown suspect gained entry into the vehicle via a front driver's side window smash. There was no reported loss and the victim declined to have her vehicle processed for evidence.
