A victim reported the theft of their burgundy/white (unknown name brand) men’s 21-speed road bicycle, valued at $800.00, while it was cable locked in the paid area of the station between 0825 and 2115 hours. An officer responded to take the report.
A victim reported the theft of their catalytic converter from their 1996 Toyota 4Runner from the East Dublin Station, between 0650-1810 hours.
A victim reported the theft of their catalytic converter from their 2003 Toyota Tundra while parked at the East Dublin Station, between 0730-1715 hours.
An officer was dispatched to the East Dublin Station for a welfare check on a confused individual. The officer contacted the male and learned he was on Parole. A records check showed the male walked away from a community service program and had an arrest warrant. The male was placed under arrest and was booked at the Santa Rita Jail.
While clearing an out-of-service train at the station, a train operator awakened a white male suspect who acted erratic and then battered the operator. An officer responded and safely detained the suspect, who was also too intoxicated to care for himself. The train operator, who was not injured and did not require medical attention, placed the suspect under citizen’s arrest for battery. The suspect was then issued a prohibition order and booked into the county jail for battering the train operator and public intoxication.
A victim reported the attempted theft of their silver 2006 GMC Envoy while it was parked on the third level of the station’s parking structure, stall #491, between 0500 and 2328 hours. The vehicle’s left rear window was smashed to gain entry and its steering column damaged. The victim declined to allow fingerprinting of the vehicle by the investigating officer.

A patron made verbal threats to a train operator after becoming angry that he missed the last train. Officers detained the man and the train operator made a citizen's arrest. The suspect was cited for making criminal threats and was released at the scene.
A victim reported that their vehicle was entered sometime between 0900-1058 hours via door lock cheat. The steering column was damaged in an apparent attempt to take the vehicle. Nothing was taken from the vehicle. The vehicle was processed for prints.

Officers responded to the station for a report that a male suspect threw a garbage can at the system service worker, but did not strike the employee. Upon arrival the officers detained the subject and determined that he met the criteria for a psychological detention. He was subsequently transported to the hospital for a psych evaluation. The employee was not injured. OCC was notified of the assault.
Patrons on a Dublin bound train a male was threatening patrons on the train. An officer responded to the station, located the male and detained him. The officer determined the male was too intoxicated to care for himself and he was booked at Santa Rita Jail.
A victim met her child's father at the Pittsburg Station, an argument ensued and the father punched the mother in the face. The father fled from the station before officers arrived. The victim does not know where the father lives and is possibly homeless. The victim declined medical treatment but was granted an emergency protective order.

A witness reported that a male and female were involved in a heated argument in the parking lot, which became physical. The couple had two children in a stroller, which fell over during the argument. Officers detained the couple and identified the male as the primary aggressor. Officers also determined that the man was intoxicated. The female victim and her children were not injured. The male was booked at Santa Rita Jail for domestic violence and public intoxication.
