A male victim reported that he was walking to his car on the third floor of the parking structure, a male suspect (BM or HM, early 20s, 5'11", grey stocking cap, dark jacket and pants) ran up to him and hit him in the head before taking his keys. The suspect then ran to the parking structure stairwell and was not located. The victim received a small laceration to his head and was transported to the hospital for treatment. A female was seen walking on the transfer tracks east of the platform. She exited to Hacienda Drive by using an emergency exit. She returned about an hour later, and was seen touching the electric third rail. An officer attempted to detain her, but she again fled to Hacienda Drive. The officer managed to detain the woman on the on-ramp leading to I-580. Officers determined that the woman was in need of psychiatric care and she was transported to John George Pavilion for treatment.
