A patron reported to an officer his backpack containing electronic items were taken from him while he was sleeping aboard a Pleasanton bound train. A crime broadcast was made and based on a witness description, a male (Rayquan Murray, 19 years, San Francisco) was detained near the Powell Station. Murray was in possession of the victim's stolen property and was placed under arrest. He was booked into jail.
CSO on a holiday detail observed a male (Jorge Martinez, 34 years, Hayward) acting suspicious near the bike racks inside the East Dublin Station. Martinez took a bicycle and attempted to leave the station. He was stopped by an officer and was detained. Martinez was placed under arrest for theft and possession of burglary tools. He was booked into jail.
An adult male (Joe Gomer, 65 years, San Francisco) was arrested for a $2,500 warrant for theft.
A train operator was pushed by a passenger who refused to off-board the train. The employee was not injured. Officers responded and arrested the male (Eduardo PAZLEJA, 20, Berkeley) for public intoxication and battery on a train operator. He was issued a prohibition order and was booked at Santa Rita Jail.
A victim reported the theft of their Genesis electric scooter ($540.00) while it was cable locked to the bike racks in the paid area of the station, between 0700 - 2130 hours on 11/27/17.

A station agent called to report a male making threats toward her. An officer tried to contact the male, but he ran. He was eventually detained and found to be too intoxicated to care for himself. The station agent did not wish to pursue a complaint for the threats, so the male (Steven Lewis, 28 years) was booked for public intoxication and resisting arrest.

A victim reported his $100.00 26” blue Hemet 4 speed bicycle was stolen while it was cable locked at the bike rack between 0745-1700 hours.
An officer contacted a male suspect (Tarik AMIN, 21, San Jose) for smoking on the platform. Record checks showed that Amin had an outstanding $15,000 arrest warrant for providing false information to a peace officer, held by Burlingame PD. Amin was arrested and booked at Santa Rita Jail.
An unknown suspect smashed the passenger window of a vehicle that was parked in space #1383 between 9/23/17 at 16:30 and 9/24/17 at 08:00. The loss from the vehicle was a cell phone.
The station agent reported that a male suspect was acting erratically in the station. When an officer contacted the man to check his welfare, he became combative and had to be subdued with a Taser. The man was found to have an outstanding $25,000 arrest warrant for resisting arrest, held by the Alameda County Sheriff's Office. The man was transported to the hospital for medical clearance, and then to John George Pavilion for psychiatric evaluation, with a criminal hold. There were no injuries.

A Cafe Express employee reported a burglary of the business, which is located on the property of the Dublin/ Pleasanton Station. The burglary occurred between 1930 hours on 9/15/17 and 1000 hours on 9/16/17. Entry was made via a window which was broken. The loss was 6-8 beverages.
A victim reported the theft of his black Infinity men's bike from the bike racks between 1100-2000 hours on 9/8. The bike had been secured with a cable lock.
An officer observed a subject (Ramon Foster, 43 years old, San Francisco) in possession of a bike matching the description of one that had been reported stolen earlier in the evening. The victim of the bike theft identified the bike as the one stolen from him. Foster was arrested for possession of stolen property and possession of burglary tools. Foster was booked at the Santa Rita Jail.
