Officers responded to the station to investigate a report of a bicycle theft that had just occurred. The adult male suspect was located on board a train with the stolen bicycle. The suspect was a parolee with a prior conviction for theft. The suspect was booked for petty theft with priors.
Officers responded to the station after the station agent reported a subject yelling profanities at him over a fare dispute. Officers detained the responsible and determined that he was a parolee-at-large wanted by the Department of Corrections. A search incident to arrest found that the subject was in possession of cocaine for which he was also charged and booked.
The station agent reported that an adult male suspect fare evaded into the station via the emergency gate. The suspect fled when the arriving officer approached him on the platform. The officer chased the suspect back out through the entrance to the station and a short distance toward the parking lot. The suspect stopped, and faced the officer with clenched fists. The officer struck the suspect with his baton and finally subdued him on a concrete sidewalk. The suspect refused medical treatment, and was booked in county jail for fare evasion and resisting arrest. The officer was treated at a local hospital for scrapes on both hands and pain in one knee after hitting the concrete.
An adult male who threatened to shoot a crew of BART car cleaners on the platform of the station was arrested and booked for threatening to do bodily harm to the car cleaners as well as to responing officers in addition to having an outstanding $10,000 drug violation warrant. The suspect was not armed and the incident appeared to be unprovoked.
A male subject was contacted at the Dublin / Pleasanton Station for being inside the station after train service had stopped and also for being intoxicated. It was determined the subject had two outstanding traffic warrants with a combined bail amount of 35,000 dollars. The subject was transported and booked at Santa Rita Jail.
A 27-year-old male fare evader, who was also a missing person out of Merced, battered a BART police officer who had tried to detain him in the parking lot. Dublin, Pleasanton and BART police personnel responded code 3 to the scene. The officer received treatment at an area hospital for a laceration above his left brow and a swollen eye. The suspect was booked at Santa Rita Jail for battery with injury on a peace officer, and resisting arrest.
Officers contacted a subject on the platform after witnessing the subject harass a train operator. The subject became combative with the officers, and had to be physically restrained. The subject was arrested and booked at the Santa Rita Jail for resisting arrest and for public drunkeness.
A female patron had her purse stolen in a strong arm robbery. The victim was dragged along the parking lot where the offense occurred. The suspect was described as a male, 18-20 yrs. of age. Loss was a purse containing $250 cash, a wallet and cellphone.

A station agent confronted an adult male who walked out the emergency exit gate without processing a ticket. The suspect tossed his ticket at the agent, and began yelling at him. When an officer arrived, the suspect assumed a fighting stance and challenged the officer. The officer struck the suspect's leg with his baton, and with the assistance of an off duty parole officer, took the combative suspect into custody. The suspect was booked.
An officer was summoned by a bus driver who had an adult male passenger refusing to off board his bus. The passenger refused to cooperate, challenged and threatened the officer. The subject resisted arrest and committed a battery in the process. The suspect was taken into custody and booked on the above charges.
Three male teenagers were arrested for auto burglary and possession of stolen property after windows were broken to enter several cars in the parking lot. The case is still under investigation.
While attempting to off-board a subject on an out of service train at the Dublin station, the subject became very combative and spat in the officer's face. The subject was arrested and booked at the Santa Rita jail for battery on a police officer and resisting arrest.
A train operator reported a male adult subject passed out on a train at the platform. A sergeant contacted the suspect, who immediately grabbed ahold of the sergeant and began fighting. The suspect was pepper sprayed, and finally subdued with the assistance of another officer. Neither the sergeant or officer was injured. The suspect was treated by medical personnel, and then booked for drunk in public and resisting arrest.
Trains were held out of the station as officers responded to a report of an adult male wearing a surgical mask, waving a handgun on the platform and threatening to kill himself and others. Officers later discovered that the subject was in possession of a replica handgun similar to an automatic pistol. The subject was held for psychiatric evaluation after officers determined he was a danger to himself and others.
Female patron reports being the victim of a sexual battery while on a Dublin/Pleasanton bound train. Victim identifies suspect to officer. Suspect detained and subsequently placed under citizen's arrest for sexual battery, booked at Santa Rita Jail.
A 17 year old male victim arranged to meet a young woman at the station. The victim was instead met by three teen aged/young adult males who confronted him in the parking lot. The suspects attacked the victim, stole his cell phone and fled on foot. Paramedics treated the victim for facial injuries. The suspects were GOA/UTL.
Officers responded to a report from a citizen of up to ten subjects jumping on vehicles in the parking lot. The suspects, all males, were able to flee the area, apparently breaking the windshield of one vehicle.
