A taxi driver reported that a male suspect got into the driver's seat of his cab while the driver was standing a short distance away. The man refused to exit the vehicle and backed into a concrete bollard before fleeing toward Hacienda Crossing. The vehicle was described as a silver 2002 Pontiac Montana van. The suspect was a Hispanic male, about 35 years old, 5'8" tall, 200 pounds, wearing a white shirt. Responding officers could not locate the vehicle in the area. Allied agencies were notified.

An officer contacted two suspects for urinating on the platform. A records check revealed that one of the suspects had three outstanding warrants. The first warrant was for $5,000 charging theft, held by Fremont PD, the second for $10,000 charging theft, held by Concord PD, and the third for $884 for a traffic violation, held by SFPD. The warrants were confirmed and the suspect was booked into the Santa Rita Jail on the warrants.
