The suspect was a Hispanic male, about 35 years old, 5'8" tall, 200 pounds, wearing a white shirt. Responding officers could not locate the vehicle in the area. Allied agencies were notified.

The suspect went to the platform and was detained by responding officers. The victim positively identified the suspect, and placed him under citizen's arrest. The victim declined medical attention. A female suspect threatened a station agent with a box cutter as she fare evaded out the East Dublin Station. Officers arrived, located the female and detained her for fare evasion/criminal threats. The agent placed the female under citizen's arrest and she was booked into the Santa Rita Jail. In addition, the female was issued a prohibition order.

The first warrant was for $5,000 charging theft, held by Fremont PD, the second for $10,000 charging theft, held by Concord PD, and the third for $884 for a traffic violation, held by SFPD.
