The station agent did not wish to pursue a complaint for the threats, so the male (Steven Lewis, 28 years) was booked for public intoxication and resisting arrest.

The man was found to have an outstanding $25,000 arrest warrant for resisting arrest, held by the Alameda County Sheriff's Office. The man was transported to the hospital for medical clearance, and then to John George Pavilion for psychiatric evaluation, with a criminal hold. There were no injuries.

A train operator was conducting a sweep of an out of service train at the Dublin/Pleasanton Station. A male subject (Mixon, Myron, 30 y/o, Oakland) was awakened and asked to asked o off-board the train. Mixon struck the train operator with a closed fist causing her to fall and strike her head. The train operator positively identified Mixon. The train operator was transported to a local hospital for medical treatment. The suspect was issued a Prohibition Order and booked at the Santa Rita Jail for battery upon the train operator. The battery appears unprovoked.
