While at the Dublin/Pleasanton Station, an officer observed a subject who matched the description of a 148 PC BOLO issued by Dublin PD. The subject, Jonathan Price (07/06/1986, San Jose), fare evaded into the station. The officer contacted Price and attempted to detain him. Price resisted and fled from the officer. Dublin PD arrived to assist. Price continued to resist. The officer deployed his Taser and was able to successfully take Price into custody. A record check revealed Price was in noncompliance as a 290 registrant. Price was arrested for 148(a)(1) PC, 640(c)(1) PC, 290.0011(A) PC, 11364 HS, and 11377(a) HS. Price was transported to Valley Care where he was cleared for incarceration and booked in Santa Rita Jail for the above listed charges.
Officers contacted Porschia Shield (6/7/89, Richmond) for fare evasion. Shield became resistive during the contact after a brief struggle, Shields was taken into custody on the above listed chargers. An automated record check revealed two outstanding warrants out of ACSO for battery and resisting. Dang was issued a prohibition order and taken to Santa Rita Jail where she was booked.
Sergio Guido (2/8/1985 San Lorenzo) was arrested for a no bail Alameda County warrant for 245 PC. Guido was also arrested for the listed charge and booked into Santa Rita Jail.
Officers contacted Christopher Flores (12/25/93, Tracy) for smoking on the platform. An automated return on Flores revealed several outstanding traffic misdemeanor warrants for his arrest. Flores was taken into custody and transported to Santa Rita Jail where he was booked.
Puond Keovongxay (12/5/83, Stockton) was arrested for 243(e)(1) P.C. and a felony, no-bail warrant at the Dublin/Pleasanton Station. Keovongxay was issued a Prohibition Order and booked at the Santa Rita Jail.
Michael Washington (4/25/75, Berkeley) had an active stay away order from BART. He also had a 10K warrant out of Santa Clara Sheriff’s Office for a 166(a)(4)PC. Washington was booked into Santa Rita Jail.
Gregory Piere (4/5/61, San Francisco) was arrested for 369(i)(b) P.C., 148(a) P.C., 11364(a) H&S, 1203.2(a) P.C. and 3056 P.C at the Dublin / Pleasanton Station. Piere was booked at the Santa Rita Jail.
Fidel Padilla-Molina (11/08/79, Livermore) was contacted and arrested on a $5000 outstanding Alameda County Sherriff's warrant for 459 PC. Padilla-Molina was transported and booked into Santa Rita Jail. 2012-0223 L19.
A 23-year-old adult male was found unresponvive aboard a train. Officers and medical personnel responded to the station. Despite life-saving efforts to revive the male, he was pronounced deceased at the scene. The Alameda County Coroner took possession of the deceased. A preliminary investigation indicates no suspected foul play. The investigation is on-going. TSOC notified.
