Officers detained a female suspect (Porsche MILLER, 27, Hayward) for fare evasion. Record checks showed that Miller had an outstanding no-bail arrest warrant for probation violation, held by the San Diego County Sheriff's Office, and $5,000 for burglary, held by Oakland PD. Miller was arrested and booked at the Martinez Detention Facility.
A male victim reported that 10-12 juveniles punched him and stole his cell phone. Responding officers detained several juveniles, but the victim could not make an identification. The victim was transported to Alta Bates Hospital for minor injuries. The phone could not be tracked.
Officers contacted an adult female (Chanyale Chandler, 30 years, Rodeo) for fare evasion and discovered that she had warrants totaling $25,000 for prostitution and burglary related charges. She was booked into the Martinez Detention Facility for the warrants.
A victim reported a burglary of their 2007 328i 4dr while it was parked in the parking lot. The burglary occurred on 11/27/17 between 0745-2315 hours. Entry was made via a forced left rear door open. The loss was an $800 pair of glasses.
Officers stopped a driver (Michael Moura, 50 years, Berkeley) for multiple traffic violations. During thee traffic stop, it was discovered Moura was driving under the influence of alcohol and narcotics. Moura was booked into jail for DUI and a probation violation.
Officers detained a male (Crosby Powell, 71 years, Richmond) for fare evasion and a records check revealed he had two arrest warrants. Crosby was cited for fare evasion and was booked into jail on the warrants.
An officer attempted to stop a female (Sharell Wilkerson, 28 years, Oakland) for fare evasion and she began physically struggling with the officer. Wilkerson was placed under arrest and was booked into jail.
2100 hours BART Police and El Cerrito Police conducted focused enforcement of the Del Norte Station and the neighborhoods surrounding the station. Officers responded to the Del Norte Station and detained a male (Eric Durel, 28 years, San Francisco) for vandalism. Durel was placed under arrest for vandalism, possession of narcotics and a probation violation and booked into jail.
Ernest Jones (42 years old, San Pablo) was detained for drinking an public at the El Cerrito Del Norte Station. He was arrested for a $10,000 misdemeanor warrant and booked at the Martinez Detention Facility.
Officers detained a male (Gregory Brinkley, 27 years, Oakland) for fare evasion and the male attempted to run from the officers. Officers had to physically restrain the male as he continued to resist. He was eventually handcuffed, medically cleared and booked into the Martinez Detention Facility for resisting arrest.
A CSO observed a male riding a bicycle around parked vehicles at the station. A sergeant contacted the male (James Johnson, 41 years), who was determined to have a valid prohibition order to stay away from all of BART. The male was booked into the Martinez Detention Facility for violation of the prohibition order.
Edward Daniels (60 years old, Oakland) threw a bottle at Lawrence Harvey (47 years old, Richmond) at the El Cerrito del Norte Station. Harvey then battered Daniels. Daniels was arrested for assault with a deadly weapon. Harvey was arrested for a probation violation, battery and for being in possession of an illegal knife and drugs. Both were issued Prohibition Orders and booked at the Martinez Detention Facility.
Officers responded to the Del Norte Station for a report of a male (Loncell Hill, 47 years, San Francisco) creating a disturbance at the station. Hill was placed under arrest for public intoxication, a warrant and violation of probation.
9/27/17 at 0809 hours Officers detained a male (Denzel Harris, 26 years old) for fare evasion. A warrants check revealed Harris had several outstanding warrants. Harris was arrested on the warrants and booked into the Martinez Detention Facility.
A patron reported that their 2006 BMW sedan was burglarized while parked on the 4th floor of the garage, between 0800-2130 hours. An unknown suspect smashed both side windows to gain entry and stole a pair of sunglasses.
