A patron reported that a male suspect (Black male in a wheel chair) brandished a firearm and threatened him after a verbal altercation. Officers responded to the scene and located the suspect Keith Albert (25 years old, San Francisco). He was identified by the victim and placed under arrest for brandishing a firearm and making terrorist threats. Albert, who is a convicted felon was in possession of a stolen, loaded firearm as well as a large quantity of narcotics and a large sum of cash. Albert was issued a Prohibition Order and booked at the Martinez Detention Facility for several weapons violations, making terrorist threats and possession of narcotics for sale.
Officers conducting fare evasion enforcement contacted an adult male (Mark Stinson, 28 years old, Lafayette) and discovered that he had a $15,000 warrant for theft. He was also found to be a sex offender out of compliance. He was issued a citation for fare evasion and booked into the Martinez Detention Facility for the warrant and for being out of compliance.
An officer contacted an adult male (Derrick Johnson, 19 years old, Richmond) for fare evasion and discovered that he had a $50,000 warrant for conspiracy and burglary. He was issued a warning citation for the fare evasion and booked into the Martinez Detention Facility for the warrant.
An officer contacted an adult male for fare evasion. The male (Karl Lampkin, 60 years old, Richmond) tried to walk away from the officer. The officer was able to physically restrain the male and place him in handcuffs. There were no injuries as a result of the incident. Officers responded to the El Cerrito del Norte Station to investigate a report of a missing female juvenile. The female juvenile was located at the station. A records check revealed an active warrant issued by the Contra Costa County Probation Department. The female juvenile was arrested for the warrant and booked at the Contra Costa County Juvenile Hall.

A male subject (Gandy-Williams, Demichael, 28 y/o, Vacaville) was detained for fare evasion at the El Cerrito Del Norte Station. A records check revealed a $10,000 warrant for possession of narcotics held by the Fairfield Police Department. Gandy-Williams was cited for fare evasion and arrested for the warrant. He was booked at the Martinez Detention Facility.
One sergeant and four officers conducted fare evasion enforcement at the El Cerrito del Norte Station, from 0700-0900 hours. Two Officers were conducting a welfare check on a separate call for service when the suspect interfered with their investigation. The officers quickly determined the suspect was too intoxicated to care for himself and was placed under arrest. The suspect was booked into the Martinez Detention Facility for public intoxication.
Officers responded to a report of two males beating a male victim at the Del Norte Station. Officers arrived and determined a male suspect (Lawrence Harvey, El Cerrito, 46 years) struck the victim with a large stick causing head and shoulder injuries. Harvey was placed under arrest, was issued a prohibition order and was booked into the Martinez Detention Facility. The second male was identified, but his role in this case is under investigation.
A patron reported that his gray 2002 Toyota Tacoma pickup was burglarized while parked on the second level of the structure, between 0730-1915 hours. An unknown suspect gained entry by forcing the rear sliding window, and stole $6 in spare change.
A male suspect detained by an officer for reportedly creating a disturbance aboard a Solano County transit bus was found to be too intoxicated to care for himself. He was also found to have two outstanding DUI warrants for his arrest. The suspect was arrested for both violations and then booked into the county jail.
A victim reported that their vehicle was burglarized while parked at the station between 1400-2330 hours. The rear passenger’s side window was smashed to gain entry. The vehicle was ransacked but nothing was taken.
The victim reported that their 01’ Jeep Commando was burglarized between the hours of 0800-1720 while parked in stall #11209 on the fourth level of the parking structure. Entry was via a window smash and loss was $400 in cash from the glove box.
Officers made a traffic enforcement stop and determined that the driver was under the influence of narcotics. The driver refused to follow lawful orders, and withdrew a knife from his pocket before being taken into custody. The driver was booked at the Martinez Detention Facility for DUI and resisting arrest.
