A citizen flagged down a BART police officer to report that the suspect who stole $20,000 worth of jewelry from her house was in a nearby truck. The officer stopped the truck and took the suspect into custody. El Cerrito PD responded to receive the suspect and continue the investigation.
Officers received a report from patrons that an adult male suspect had exited the platform at El Cerrito Del Norte station and was walking along the trackway to Richmond. Trains were held out of the area. Officers located the highly intoxicated suspect along the tracks near the Del Norte station. The suspect was booked at the Martinez Detention Facility for interfering with railroad operations and public intoxication.
Officers contacted a very intoxicated male who was lying on the catwalk between the R1 and R2 tracks just north of the El Cerrito DelNorte station. Subject was helped onto a train by the officers, and was arrested and booked for trespassing and public intoxication.
A female patron was walking through the bus zone when two male suspects blocked her path, and one of them began aggressively groping her. The victim pepper sprayed the primary suspect. The suspect punched the victim, momentarily knocking her unconscious. Officers arrested and booked both suspects. The victim was transported to a hospital for treatment.
A teenage-male suspect, claiming that he was owed money, accosted a man in the bus zone. The victim resisted the suspect's efforts to take his wallet. A fight ensued. A second suspect joined in. The suspects fled and the victim was not injured.

Victim gets into mothers car and leaves station. BART police contacted at 1512hr from Kaiser hospital in Richmond. Station checked for suspect with negative results.
