A female was slammed to the ground and her cell phone was taken by a male in his teens who initially tried to flirt with her. When his advances were spurned, he assaulted the female, took her phone and fled the scene.
In the station bus zone, a 16 year old female was attacked by a young adult male, who repeatedly punched and kicked the victim. She suffered a deep forehead laceration, swelled and bloodied nose and lips. Paramedics transported the victim to a local hospital and an investigation is continuing.
Officers encountered the victim of a stabbing on the sidewalk adjacent to the station. The victim, an adult female, was stabbed in the leg by an adult male who is known to the victim and a witness. The suspect fled on foot. El Cerrito PD was notified and assumed the investigation.
A sixteen year old female was attacked and battered by a group of eight to ten other juveniles in the bus stop area of the station. The victim called from a local hospital where she was treated for a large gash above her right eye and other injuries. There were no arrests.
A sergeant on patrol interceded on a domestic violence incident after he heard a female screaming for help. It was determined that she'd been battered by a boyfriend who was subsequently arrested and booked.
A BPD K9 was used to search the station after an anonymous caller called 911 stating "There's a bomb on BART, there's a bomb on BART." The call emanated from the free area at the south end of the station. The search failed to yield any suspicious objects.

During the incident a female subject tried to intervene with the officers duties and had to be pepper sprayed. The male suspect was arrested for robbery and the female suspect was arrested for resisting arrest and battery on a Police Officer. Both were booked into the Martinez Detention Facility.
An Officer made a traffic stop for a moving violation at the El Cerrito Del Norte Station. Further investigation revealed that both driver and passenger were in possession of Marijuana for sale. Both suspects were arrested and booked at the Richmond Jail.

Staff at Marin General Hospital called to advise that they were treating the victim of a strong arm robbery that took place on 2/10/07, 2100 hrs. The victim indicated that he was approached at the bus stop by a male in his 20's who demanded his backpack. When the victim refused he was punched in the head/face several times and fell to the ground at which time the suspect made off with the former's backpack.
Officers responded to a report from the Richmond Police Dept. that an adult female was standing in front of the station threatening to kill herself by slashing her wrists. The subject was located by responding officers, taken into custody without incident, and held for psychiatric evaluation.

A citizen reported being the victim of an armed robbery committed by two males who approached him in an older model Cheverolet van as he was standing at the Hill St. entrance. The suspects allegedly exited the van, pointed handguns at the victim and relieved him of his wallet and bicycle.
Officers responded to the El Cerrito Del Norte Station regarding a stabbing which had just occurred in the bus zone. The officers detained two male acquaintances, one of whom had stabbed the other subject's hand. The injured victim was treated and released by paramedics at the scene. The stabbing suspect was arrested and booked.
A 20-year-old male suspect was arrested for stabbing an 18-year-old man in the hand with a knife. The suspect was booked at the Martinez Detention Facility. Richmond P.D. was notified that the victim, who was being treated at a local hospital, fit the description of a subject wanted for questioning regarding a homicide case.

A male suspect aboard a Richmond bound train was tapping a knife against his leg and intimidating patrons. Officers off-boarded the suspect at El Cerrito Del Norte Station, then arrested and booked him for a felony, no-bail domestic violence warrant.
An adult female walking through the parking lot en route to her apartment complex was robbed of her lunch bag by two male teens who also tried to rob her of her purse. No weapons involved. Suspects fled prior to the arrival of responding officers.
