Chris Bethurum (29, Santa Rosa) was arrested for attempted auto burglary.
Pete Bailon (56, San Francisco) was arrested for warrants totaling $80,000.
A male (Leonard STAFFORD, 41, Oakland) was arrested for auto burglary and an outstanding $7,500 warrant for attempted theft, held by BART PD. Stafford was booked at the San Mateo County Jail.
Randy Shatwell (47, Transient) was contacted during a welfare check. He was arrested on a $75,000 outside agency burglary warrant and booked into the Redwood City Jail.
Mike Kamko (27, New York) was arrested on two counts of battery and booked into the Redwood City Jail. He was also issued a prohibition order.
NAIL-FERNANDEZ, Jose (San Francisco, 47) was detained for fare evasion and arrested on an outside agency warrant totaling $10,000. He was booked into the Redwood City Jail.
MORIKAWA, Yaiszu (49, Sacramento) was arrested for a court order violation and booked into jail.
The Alameda County Sheriff's Office reported a male was making bomb threats via his cellphone on social media. The cellphone was in the area of the Embarcadero Station. Officers checked the area with negative results. Dispatch was advised a short time later that the male was at our Daly City Station. Officers detained the male on a train at the Daly City Station. A patron later alerted officers that there was an unattended backpack on the same train. The train was held at the San Francisco Airport, the train was evacuated along with the station. After the train was searched and deemed safe, the station was reopened. The male was placed on a psychiatric hold, with a criminal hold for terrorist threats and false bomb threats. There were no direct threats made towards the BART system. TSOC was notified.
The victim reported via phone that their 15' Toyota Prius was burglarized sometime between the hours of 2115 on 3/4 and 0615 today's date, while parked in stall #274. There was no reported loss.
Dorian Meza (4/6/97, Daly City) was arrested for two outstanding warrants at the Daly City Station. The first warrant was a No Bail warrant out of Marin County for 14601.1 VC and 21352(b) VC. The second warrant was for 10K for 14601.1 VC out of Contra Costa County.
Adrian Morales (39 years old, San Francisco) was arrested for violating an active court order and a $30,000 misdemeanor warrant at the Daly City Station. Morales was booked at the Redwood City Jail.
Michelle Roberts (46, Vallejo) was arrested for public intoxication.
A male juvenile was booked into juvenile hall for possession of stolen property. The juvenile was in possession of a victim's cell phone that was reported stolen from an incident at the Daly City Station.
Luis Portilloberrios (20 years old, Oakland) was arrested for public intoxication.
An adult female (Kischa Tate, 36 years, San Francisco) was arrested for an outstanding warrant and for being a sex registrant out of compliance.
Jennifer Diaz (21 years old) was arrested for public intoxication.
John Adkins (27 years old) was contacted after it was reported that he brandished a knife at the Daly City BART Station. The victim did not want to pursue charges. A records check revealed that Adkins had a stay away order from all BART Stations as a condition of his probation. Adkins was arrested for violation of court order.
Patrons reported a male punching female on train. Officers responded and arrested both parties (Olivia Vialau, 23, San Francisco and Zachariah Rumbold, 26, San Francisco) for domestic battery.
A male (Zachariah Rumbold, 26 years, Concord) and a female (Olivia Vialau, 23 years Palo Alto) were placed under arrest for Domestic Violence after they assaulted each other causing injuries. They were booked into jail and each issued prohibition orders.
Officers were dispatched to a report of a male using a belt to break vehicle windows in the parking lot. Officers located the male and numerous vehicles with broken windows. The male was determined to be in need of psychiatric evaluation. He will be booked for felony vandalism once he is cleared for booking.

A sergeant and four officers conducted a focused enforcement operation for fare evasion violations at the Daly City Station from 0800-1600 hours. Sixteen people were contacted, eight fare evasion citations were issued, two were field interrogated, two juvenile contacts and four non-fare evasion contacts were made, and one person was arrested for warrants.
