Jennifer Diaz (21 years old) was arrested for public intoxication.
John Adkins (27 years old) was contacted after it was reported that he brandished a knife at the Daly City BART Station. The victim did not want to pursue charges. A records check revealed that Adkins had a stay away order from all BART Stations as a condition of his probation. Adkins was arrested for violation of court order.
Patrons reported a male punching female on train. Officers responded and arrested both parties (Olivia Vialau, 23, San Francisco and Zachariah Rumbold, 26, San Francisco) for domestic battery.
A male (Zachariah Rumbold, 26 years, Concord) and a female (Olivia Vialau, 23 years Palo Alto) were placed under arrest for Domestic Violence after they assaulted each other causing injuries. They were booked into jail and each issued prohibition orders.
Officers were dispatched to a report of a male using a belt to break vehicle windows in the parking lot. Officers located the male and numerous vehicles with broken windows. The male was determined to be in need of psychiatric evaluation. He will be booked for felony vandalism once he is cleared for booking.
John Oyen (33, Oakland) was detained for suspicious conduct, and placed under arrested for possession of methamphetamine and warrants totaling $17,500. 1710-0859 hours L12
A sergeant and four officers conducted a focused enforcement operation for fare evasion violations at the Daly City Station from 0800-1600 hours. Sixteen people were contacted, eight fare evasion citations were issued, two were field interrogated, two juvenile contacts and four non-fare evasion contacts were made, and one person was arrested for warrants. Larry Haynes (68, San Carlos) was arrested for two outstanding warrants totaling $10,000.
Officers responded to the Daly City Station to investigate a report of male (Gino Olea, 35 years old, Richmond) causing a disturbance on a Daly City train. It was determined that Olea was intoxicated and unable to care for himself. Olea was arrested for public intoxication and booked at the Redwood City Jail.
At 1819 hours, BART officers and medical personnel responded to the Daly City station regarding an unresponsive adult male in the station’s parking garage elevator. A short time later, however, medical personnel declared the male deceased. At this point, there is no indication of foul play.
A sergeant and four officers conducted a Focused Enforcement Operation at the Daly City and Millbrae Stations on 8/28/17 between 1100 and 1900 hours. Twenty-seven (27) violators were contacted. Three vehicles were burglarized while parked at the Daly City Station, between 0650-1530 hours.
Officers were on patrol of the station and heard a female in the parking lot crying help at the Daly City Station. Officers responded and discovered a male (Jerry Fairley, 36 years, Oakland) had broken into the female's car and was still inside. Fairley was placed under arrest for auto burglary and was booked into the Redwood City Jail.
A victim reported the theft of their 2006 Acura RSX from the Daly City Station, between 1300 hours on 8/20/17, and 1600 hours on 8/22/17.
A patron reported being struck about the face multiple times while in De Long Street parking lot at the Daly City Station. A witness provided a description of the suspect. The suspect fled the station in a vehicle before police arrived.
A sergeant and two officers conducted directed fare evasion enforcement at the Daly City Station from 1900-2200 hours that resulted in 12 people being stopped, 4 citations issued, 6 warning cites, 2 completed field interview cards and one arrest. L16

Officer detained a subject for fare evasion. A record’s check revealed subject had two warrants for his arrest. Subject was issued a citation for fare evasion and booked at jail for the warrants.
An officer contacted a subject for fare evasion. A wants check revealed that the subject (Corleto, Eugenio 23 years old) had a felony no bail warrant for probation violation issued by the San Mateo County Sheriff's Office. The subject was also in possession of suspected narcotics. The subject was arrested and booked into the Redwood City Jail for the aforementioned charges. 1
A patron reported that her green Schwinn hybrid bike was stolen from the racks between 1300-1745 hours. The victim secured the bike with a cable lock.
A vehicle was burglarized while parked in the parking structure between 1800-2330 hours. A window was smashed to gain entry and a handbag was taken.
A male victim reported that three suspects attempted to forcibly take his cell phone while on the platform. The victim kept his phone and called police. Responding officers detained three juvenile suspects, who were positively identified by the victim. The suspect were arrested for attempted robbery and were booked at the San Mateo County Juvenile Hall.
