An officer detained a male suspect for fare evasion. The suspect fled on foot into the station bus zone. The officer caught the suspect after a brief foot chase, then struggled with the suspect, who resisted arrest. The officer used pepper spray to subdue the combative suspect and take him into custody. It was later determined the suspect had a no-bail arrest warrant from the Department of Corrections. The suspect was booked for the warrant, resisting arrest and fare evasion.
A man detained for fare evasion was found to be a registered sex offender with an outstanding parole violation warrant charging robbery. The subject was arrested and booked without incident.

An adult female reported that an adult male subject on a train appeared to be masturbating while covering his activity with a newspaper. The suspect was detained and positively identified. He was found to have formerly been convicted of rape and is a registered sex offender. He was booked for lewd conduct in public.
A patron reported being the victim of an indecent exposure on board a train holding at Daly City station. The suspect, described as an adult male, wearing biker shorts and a fanny pack, thinning hair, balding on top, fled the scene before the arrival of responding officers.
While aboard a train near the Daly City station, an adult male subject attempted to reach into the pocket of a male victim and take the victim's iPod. The victim kept hold of the property and the suspect was not able to gain possession. The suspect was not located.
A subject contacted for fare evasion was found to be a parolee-at-large (211 PC). The subject broke and ran from the officers before they could take him into cutody. After a lengthy foot chase, the suspect was taken into custody with the assistance of Daly City PD.
An adult male victim was sitting in the bus zone at Daly City station when he was surrounded by several male juveniles. One of the suspects brandished a knife while another suspect took the victim's cellphone. The suspects fled the station on foot. Officers searched the neighborhood with negative results. 0706-1027. A female patron parked her car in the Delong Street lot and began walking away from her vehicle. The victim heard the sound of running footsteps behind her, then was shoved hard by a female suspect who demanded the victim's car keys. The suspect forcibly grabbed the victim's arm, continuing to demand the keys. A male suspect yelled to witnesses that he would shoot them if they called the police. There were four suspects and they all fled without getting the keys from the victim. The two primary suspects (16 year old) were detained a few blocks from the station, positively identified, and later booked at Juvenile Hall.
An adult male approached the station agent at Colma station asking to be let in for a free ride. When the agent refused, the subject threatened to rob someone and brandished what appeared to be the butt end of a handgun. The subject fare evaded and boarded a train, exiting at Daly City station where he was apprehended after a short foot chase by Daly City PD. The suspected handgun turned out to be a facsimile which he tossed while being chased. It was later recovered. The subject was booked on the above charges.
A juvenile female reported to an officer that she was the victim of a sexual assault at Daly City station. The victim stated that she was assaulted in the parking structure by an unknown, young adult male. An investigation is on-going.
A train operator reported a man refusing to extinguish his cigarette on the platform. The subject became uncooperative with the responding officer. Other officers responded, including two from the Daly City Police Dept. who arrived first. The subject continued to be uncooperative, physically resisted arrest, and was subdued with a Taser deployed by one of the Daly City officers. The suspect was arrested and booked for resisting arrest.
A patron was robbed of his wallet in the parking structure by two males in their teens. One of the suspects brandished a handgun during the offense. Both fled on foot. The victim, whose wallet was discarded by the suspects after they found little or no money in it, suffered no injuries.
A Daly City train was evacuated and searched as BART PD officers assisted SFPD officers in the search for a possible handgun. The incident began when SFPD advised they were looking for a man with a gun who might have boarded a Daly City train at 16th St. station. It is not known what the original offense was. SFPD was able to locate the subject but believed the handgun might have been left on board the train. The search failed to locate the weapon.
A subject creating a disturbance on a bus physically resisted responding officers. He was taken into custody and continued to resist, striking one of the officers with his head. The suspect sustained minor lacerations to his face and was transported for medical treatment. The officer did not need medical attention. Charges for the above will be filed with the DA's office.
An adult female approached the station agent and threatened to commit suicide by either jumping off of a bridge or by doing it on BART. The subject was held for psychiatric evaluation.
An adult woman reported to BART Police that she was the victim of a sexual battery on a Daly City train. The victim said the incident occurred two days prior and that she saw the adult male suspect again at Daly City station. The station and neighborhood was searched with negative results. An unidentified 36 year old female is in critical condition after being hit by a Daly City bound train. Witnesses stated the victim jumped in front of the train as it entered the station. She was treated at the scene by fire personnel, and then transported to SF General Hosiptal.
A male-teenage suspect attempted to rob three juvenile victims in the bus zone. When one of the victims resisted, the suspect shot him in the neck with a bb gun. This victim suffered a minor neck wound. The suspect escaped on foot.
Two male-teenage suspects tried to rob a 22-year-old man in the bus zone after striking him with an unknown object. The suspects fled towards the Albertson's store.
An adult female was held for psychiatric evaluation after she indicated that she wanted to be taken to a hospital and die.
San Francisco PD was advised by an anonymous person that someone had placed a shopping cart onto the aerial trackway near the Daly City station. An out of service train collided with the shopping cart, and broke one of the train collector shoes. Officers arrived at the scene, but did not locate any suspects.
