A victim reported the loss of a catalytic converter from his 2006 Toyota Sequoia while parked at the Daly City Station. The victim parked at 0900 hours, 3rd level of structure in stall #24 and returned at 2000 hours to discover his converter was stolen. Loss is reported at $1500.00.
A victim reported the theft of their catalytic converter from their green 1997 Nissan XE/SE truck while parked at the Daly City Station. The victim parked at 0730 hours at the northeast corner of the third level of the parking structure and returned at 1700 hours to discover his converter was removed from the truck. The victim estimated his loss at $400.00.
A patron reported that the catalytic converter was stolen from their white 2001 Acura TL, while parked in stall #3098 in the DeLong lot, between 0700-1945 hours.
A victim reported that their tan 2003 Hyundai Elantra was burglarized while parked in the second level of the parking structure, stall #561, between 1500 hours on 12/6/14 and 1242 hours on 12/7/14. The vehicle’s driver’s door window was shattered to gain entry, but nothing was taken. An officer completed a report.
A record check on a person detained for erratic behavior revealed an active prohibition order from BART. The subject was placed under arrest for violation of the prohibition order. A sergeant approved the arrest.

The method of entry was unknown, and a $200 stereo was taken from inside the vehicle. Prints were taken from the vehicle.
A victim reported his 1996 beige Acura Integra 4 door was burglarized while it was parked and locked in stall #1081 on the top level of the parking structure. The driver side window was smashed and the interior of the vehicle was ransacked. A business card was left for the owner.
A subject detained by an officer for fare evasion was found to have a no bail felony probation violation warrant, held by the San Francisco Police Department, for his arrest. The subject was placed under arrest for the warrant, and a sergeant responded to approve the arrest and debrief the subject. The subject was then booked into the county jail for the warrant.
An officer was called to the station on a report of a female urinating in the bus zone. The officer contacted a female matching the description given and discovered that she had a no bail warrant for narcotics. No one wished to make a complaint for the urinating, so she was booked into the Redwood City Jail for the warrant.
Officers contacted a sleeping adult male to conduct a welfare check. A records check revealed that the male had a stay away order to stay away from all BART Stations. The male was booked into the Redwood City Jail for the court order violation.
A victim reported that they parked and locked their vehicle (a 2000 Acura TL) at the station today, at 0630 hours. They returned later the same day at 1515 hours to find that their car stereo had been removed and interior ransacked. The investigating officer processed the vehicle for fingerprints.
While on patrol, an officer located a Ford Focus that had its passenger window smashed and interior ransacked. The loss is unknown at this point. The officer processed the vehicle for fingerprints with negative results. A business card was left with the vehicle.
Officers responded to a report of an attempted robbery of a bicycle that just occurred on the platform. Upon arrival, the officers were able to detain the subject as he went downstairs to the concourse level. The victim later reported that the suspect tried to steal victim’s bicycle. The victim stated that when he refused, the suspect punched him. There were several witnesses who were located and interviewed. Detective Sanchez responded to interview the suspect. The suspect is to be booked into the Redwood City Jail for attempted robbery and was additionally issued a Prohibition Order.
Officers were contacted at the station by an adult female victim who reported an adult male exposing and fondling his genitals while aboard a Fremont-bound train. The officers then detained the subject and the victim placed him under citizen’s arrest for indecent exposure. A sergeant responded to approve the arrest and debrief the subject. A victim reported his vehicle was burglarized while it was parked and locked on the 2nd level of the parking structure between 1800-2100 hours. The rear driver window was smashed and a $290 backpack was taken from inside the vehicle. The vehicle was processed for prints with negative results.
Three vehicles were discovered to have a passenger window smashed and their interiors ransacked. Two of the vehicle owners reported no property loss, but one reported the theft of a backpack and a gold chain. The time frame was between 1700-2200 hours. 1409-0546, 1409-0558,
A victim reported his 1989 white Honda Accord 4 door (2MJC768 CA) was stolen while it was parked in the Delong Street lot between 1000-2115 hours.
An officer responded to a report of a subject who urinated on the platform reported by a train operator. The officer detained the subject in question and discovered he had an outstanding $10k warrant issued from the San Francisco Police Department charging assault with a deadly weapon. The subject was arrested and is to be booked into the Redwood City Jail for his warrants. The subject was additionally issued a citation for urinating.
The victim reported that their 2003 Toyota Matrix was burglarized while parked on the 2nd level of the parking structure between the hours of 1615-2130. The suspect smashed the rear passenger window with an unknown object and removed a bag of clothing from the rear of the vehicle. The investigating officer processed the vehicle and recovered a latent print.
