A victim reported the theft of their white 1994 Honda Accord from the station’s parking structure, between 1345 and 2100 hours. An officer responded and completed a report.
An officer located a vehicle parked on the 1st level of the parking structure with the driver's window smashed. The interior of the vehicle had been ransacked. The officer processed the vehicle for evidence and left a note for the owner to contact us upon their return.
A victim reported that their vehicle was burglarized while parked in the parking structure. The rear passenger's side window was smashed to gain entry and an iPad was taken. The crime occurred between 0740-1100 hours.

An officer located a burglarized vehicle on the first level of the parking structure. The left rear window was smashed to gain entry and the contents of the glove box appeared to have been removed. The officer processed the vehicle for evidence and left a note for the owner to contact us upon their return.
An officer detained a male suspect for reportedly approaching patrons to sell narcotics. During the detention, the officer determined the suspect was too intoxicated to care for himself and placed him under arrest for public intoxication. A sergeant approved the arrest and the suspect was booked into the county jail for public intoxication.
A victim reported that their 2011 Chevrolet Cruze was burglarized while parked on the second level of the parking structure, stall 878, between 1200 hours on 7/2/15 and 1551 hours on 7/5/15. The vehicle’s rear driver’s side wing window was shattered to gain entry, but no items were taken. The victim declined to allow for the fingerprinting of the vehicle. The investigating officer completed a report.

A victim reported her 2010 white Toyota Prius 4 door was burglarized while it was parked and locked in stall #3268 in the north lot between 0730-2000 hours. The left rear wing window was smashed and the interior of the vehicle was ransacked.
A victim reported his black Jeep Grand Cherokee was burglarized while it was parked and locked in stall #816 on the 2nd level of the parking structure. The driver window was smashed and the interior of the vehicle was ransacked.
An officer was dispatched to a report of a male threatening an employee. The officer contacted a male matching the description and discovered that the male had two no bail warrants for robbery and possession of stolen property. He also had a stay away order to stay away from all BART stations. The victim was unable to identify him as the responsible, so the male suspect was booked into the Redwood City Jail for the warrants and stay away order violation.
A victim reported his 2000 silver Honda Civic was burglarized while it was parked and locked in stall #955 between 0730-1845 hours. There were no signs of forced entry, but the ignition column was damaged.
Officers responded to the Daly City Station for a report of a male brandishing a knife aboard a Pittsburg Bound train that was held at Daly City Station. Officers contacted a female victim reported the male was threatening people and pointed the knife towards her. The suspect fled from the train before officers arrived. The area was checked for the suspect but with negative results. The train was delayed for 17 minutes.
Officers responded to the station on a report that a man took a cell phone from a station agent after getting into a fare dispute with the agent. The suspect gave the phone back to the agent a few minutes later, and then fled from the scene. Officers searched the area for the suspect with negative results. The agent was unarmed and refused medical attention. BART Central notified.
An officer contacted an adult female for fare evasion and discovered that she had two $5,000 warrants for theft. Thefe male was cited for fare evasion and booked into the Redwood City Jail for the warrants.
A male was detained for fighting another male at the Daly City Station. The other male left the station and no witnesses came forward. The male was determined to be under the influence of alcohol and was too intoxicated to care for himself. The male was placed under arrest for public intoxication and booked at the Redwood City Jail.
Officers responded to the Daly City Station for a fight involving a male and a female juvenile. Officers detained and identified all parties, including two additional involved juveniles. The fight stemmed from a dispute that occurred two weeks ago off BART property. All parties pursued citizens arrest and were cited. In addition, each received a prohibition order. Parents/relatives of the juveniles were contacted. Minor injuries were sustained but one juvenile was transported to the hospital for a panic attack.
An officer contacted an adult male who was sleeping inside the station. The male was identified and found to have a $10,000 warrant held by the Alameda County Sheriff's Office charging domestic violence. The male was placed under arrest for the warrant. The officer searched the male incident to the arrest, and located drug paraphernalia in his possession. The suspect was booked into the Redwood City Jail on the warrant and the possession of drug paraphernalia.
A victim reported the theft of their gray 2007 Jeep Cherokee Laredo while it was parked in the structure between 0915 and 1530 hours. An officer responded and completed a report.
The on duty station agent reported a subject acting "goofy" and who appeared to be under the influence. A BART Officer responded and saw a subject who matched the description on the platform smoking a cigarette. Upon contact, the subject became resistive and a fight ensued. BART Officers along with several Daly City Officers arrived to assist and subsequently were able to secure the subject using the Wrap Restraint. During the struggle, two of the involved officers were stuck by some uncapped syringes that the subject had on his person. The subject was transported to the hospital for a psychiatric evaluation. Both injured officers were transported to the hospital for treatment. The Sergeant responded for the use of force investigation.
A victim reported her 1997 white Honda Civic 4 door (4FJF139 CA) was stolen while it was parked in stall #2165 in the St. Charles Street lot between 0810-1725 hours.
A BART employee reported he was punched in the face by a male suspect. Responding officers located and detained the suspect near the station. The suspect was positively identified by the victim and a witness. The male was placed under arrest for battery, issued a prohibition order and was booked at the Redwood City Jail.
A victim reported his 2008 Toyota Tacoma was burglarized while parked at The Daly City Station. The victim parked his truck in stall #240 (2nd level) at 1500 hours and returned at 2350 hours to discover his driver's window was smashed. Loss was $240.00 in tolls and $200.00 to replace the broken window. An officer responded to complete a report and process the truck for prints.
