A male reported that he was assaulted by a male suspect at the station. When the officer arrived and contacted the suspect, he resisted the detention and had to be physically restrained. Both the officer and suspect sustained minor scrapes during the struggle. Both were treated and released on scene. The victim identified the suspect and placed him under citizen's arrest for battery. The suspect was also found to be in possession of a crack pipe. He was issued a prohibition order and booked into the Martinez Detention Facility for battery, resisting arrest and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Officers heard a dispute between a male and female at the station. The male was holding onto the female and officers attempted to intervene. The female became combative and scratched an officer. As the officer attempted to take her into custody, she resisted arrest and the male suspect tried to assist her. Eventually the two officers were able to detain both suspects and determined that they were both intoxicated in public. The male was booked into the Martinez Detention Facility for public intoxication and the female was also booked for public intoxication, resisting arrest and battery on an officer.

Officers detained a subject for grand theft of a cell phone from a victim on board a train. Victim positively identified the suspect as the offender. The suspect was in possession of the victim’s phone. The subject was arrested for grand theft and booked at jail.
An officer contacted a male subject who was smoking in a prohibited area in front of the fare gates at the Concord BART station. The subject became uncooperative and started to walk away from the officer as he was trying to detain him. The subject slapped the officer's hand when he tried to grab him in order to prevent him from walking away and then began to run away from the officer. The officer eventually caught up to the subject and held him at gunpoint in an alleyway between residences in the City of Concord. It was later determined the subject had discarded a firearm prior to surrendering to the officer. The subject was taken into custody with the assistance of officers from the Concord Police Department and was found to be in possession of a small amount of methamphetamine. The subject was booked into the Martinez Detention Facility for all of his violations.
A station agent reported a male brandished a knife and threatened him at the Concord Station. An officer responded but the suspect fled into the neighborhood and eluded the officer. A short time later, the suspect returned to the station and the officer attempted to detain him, but he began fighting the officer. Additional officers responded and force was used to take the suspect into custody. The suspect was medically cleared and was booked into jail.
