Officers responded to the Concord Station to investigate a report of a subject yelling and harassing women on a Pittsburg train. The officers contacted Bernard Warren (38 years old, Belmont) and determined he had been drinking and was unable to care for himself. A records revealed that Warren is required to stay away from BART property (unless on lawful business) as a condition of his probation. Warren was arrested and booked at the Martinez detention Facility.

A BART Officer on patrol saw a suspect in possession of a possible illegal narcotic. The suspect fled on foot and entered both tracks attempting to flee. Concord PD Officers located the suspect and he was apprehended. The suspect was transported to the Contra Costa County Jail.
A male was reportedly on the track way, so officers responded and located a male matching the description given, but he was no longer on the tracks. The male had a $5,000 warrant for theft. No one could identify him as being on the tracks, so he was booked into the Martinez Detention Facility for the warrant.

On this date (5/5), the victim saw the suspect at the station and called police. Officers responded, and eventually arrested the suspect, who possessed a portion of the victim’s jewelry; he was not in possession of a weapon.
