Michelle Lee Franz (45 years old, Concord) was arrested for a $20,000 misdemeanor warrant at the Concord Station. Franz was booked at the Contra Costa county Jail.
James Klemm (42 years, Concord) was placed under arrest for 243.3 PC and booked into jail. Klemm was issued a prohibition order.

A Mongoose brand bicycle was stolen, while U-locked in the paid area of station, between 1400 hours on 3/20/18 and 1348 hours on 3/23/18.
A male (Curtis HILL, 57, Concord) struck a male victim with a bottle, following a dispute over property the victim believed Hill stole. Hill was arrested for assault with a deadly weapon and was booked at the Martinez Detention Facility. The victim suffered minor injuries and was treated at a local hospital.
Shamonte Williams (22, Richmond) was taken into custody for resisting arrest.
Lateef Harvell (41, San Francisco) was arrested for an outstanding $15,000 misdemeanor warrant.
A male (DOROODIAN, Armand, 55 Pleasant Hill) was arrested for public intoxication, and was booked at the Martinez Detention Facility.
Victim reported the theft of their yellow unisex commuter 3-speed bicycle worth $300. The bicycle was secured with a cable via a combination lock to the bike racks. The bike was locked to the racks at about 0700 hours and the owner discovered it missing around 1930 hours.
Bernard Warren (39, Belmont) was arrested for a $15,000 warrant and probation violation.
A male stated he was assaulted in the bus zone after asking a female for money. The victim said a male subject knocked him to the ground and tried to stab him. The victim sustained a non-life threatening injury to his hand.
Uriel Delgado (22 years old, Concord) was arrested for auto burglary.
Officers responded to a report of a male creating a disturbance at the station. Officers determined that the male (Richard Torres, 37 years, San Francisco) was too intoxicated to care for himself, so he was booked into the Martinez Detention Facility for public intoxication.
A victim reported the theft of his Nishika "Pueblo" road bike and Yakima child trailer from the Concord Station, between 0808-1415 hours. The bike and trailer was secured with two U-Locks and a cable lock.
Officers contacted the driver of a vehicle that had entered the bus zone in the wrong direction, and determined that the man (Tony ARUDA, 60, Concord) was intoxicated. Aruda was arrested for DUI and was booked at the Martinez Detention Facility.
Officers contacted a female suspect (Amber WYATT, 30, Oakland) for creating a disturbance on the platform. Record checks showed that Wyatt had an outstanding $15,000 arrest warrant for DUI and driving without a license, held by Oakland PD. Wyatt was arrested on her warrant and was booked at MDF.
Jonathan Montoya (19 years old, Bay Point) was detained for fare evasion at the Concord Station. He was cited for fare evasion and arrested for an active misdemeanor warrant. Montoya was booked at the Martinez Detention Facility.
Byron Edwards (27 years old, Concord) was observed cutting the lock off of a bicycle inside of the Concord Station. Edwards, who is on probation, was detained and arrested for burglary, possession of burglary tools and a probation violation. Edwards was booked at the Martinez Detention Facility.
Evan Downey (25 years, Berkeley) was stopped for fare evasion at the Concord Station. He was cited for fare evasion and arrested for a $7500 misdemeanor warrant and a $2500 misdemeanor warrant. Downey was booked at the Martinez Detention Facility.
BART Dispatch Center was advised that a train window on a Pittsburg bound train sustained damage. The train was taken out of service and inspected while the incident area was checked. On further inspection, it was determined the window was struck with a solid object causing the window to break. No injuries were reported by passengers.
A victim reported the theft of the catalytic converter from their 2005 Honda Accord from the Concord Station on 9/25/17 between 0830 and 1940 hours.
Officers responded to the Concord Station for a report of a female fare evader (Marleni Sanchez, 19 years, Oakland) who battered a BART employee. Marleni called her boyfriend (Joshua Molina, 20 years, Concord) who responded to the station and also attempted to batter a BART Employee. An officer stopped Molina and Molina struggled with the officer. Force was used to place Molina under arrest and he was booked into jail. Sanchez was booked into jail for battery and resisting arrest. Sanchez and Molina were issued prohibition orders.

A male (Stalf, Kevin, 29 years old, Oakley) was in a heated argument with another male. Officers contacted both men and determined that Stalf was unable to care for himself due to alcohol intoxication. Stalf was arrested for public intoxication and booked at Martinez Detention Facility.
