A victim reported a burglary to his vehicle while it was parked on the second level between 1330 hours (8/19/2017) to 1104 hours (8/20/2017). Entry was made via passenger side window smash. Victim reported the vehicle was ransacked, however nothing was missing. 1708-1636 L15.
A BART Officer on patrol saw a suspect in possession of a possible illegal narcotic. The suspect fled on foot and entered both tracks attempting to flee. Concord PD Officers located the suspect and he was apprehended. The suspect was transported to the Contra Costa County Jail.
A male was reportedly on the track way, so officers responded and located a male matching the description given, but he was no longer on the tracks. The male had a $5,000 warrant for theft. No one could identify him as being on the tracks, so he was booked into the Martinez Detention Facility for the warrant.
An officer contacted and detained a subject (Taylor, Omar 30 years old out of San Francisco) for fare evasion. A wants check revealed that the subject had two no bail warrants out of San Francisco. The subject was arrested and booked into the Martinez Jail facility for his warrants.
An Officer detained the suspect for fare evasion. A records check revealed an outstanding $5,000 no-cite warrant held by Belmont PD for theft. The suspect was cited for fare evasion before being booked into the Martinez Detention Facility on the warrant.
An officer witnessed a male vandalizing a traffic sign at the Concord Station and was detained. A records check showed the male had a 10K arrest warrant for vandalism and was placed under arrest. He was booked at the local jail.
The victim reported that on 5/3/17 he was robbed of his jewelry, at gunpoint, by a male suspect while in the station’s bus zone. On this date (5/5), the victim saw the suspect at the station and called police. Officers responded, and eventually arrested the suspect, who possessed a portion of the victim’s jewelry; he was not in possession of a weapon. Subsequently, the suspect was booked into the county jail for robbery and issued a prohibition order. TSOC Notified.
A male was reported to be carrying a firearm at the Concord Station. The man was detained and the gun was reported stolen. In addition, the male was in possession of high capacity magazines and was booked into jail. TSOC Case #
A male reported that he was assaulted by a male suspect at the station. When the officer arrived and contacted the suspect, he resisted the detention and had to be physically restrained. Both the officer and suspect sustained minor scrapes during the struggle. Both were treated and released on scene. The victim identified the suspect and placed him under citizen's arrest for battery. The suspect was also found to be in possession of a crack pipe. He was issued a prohibition order and booked into the Martinez Detention Facility for battery, resisting arrest and possession of drug paraphernalia.
Officers heard a dispute between a male and female at the station. The male was holding onto the female and officers attempted to intervene. The female became combative and scratched an officer. As the officer attempted to take her into custody, she resisted arrest and the male suspect tried to assist her. Eventually the two officers were able to detain both suspects and determined that they were both intoxicated in public. The male was booked into the Martinez Detention Facility for public intoxication and the female was also booked for public intoxication, resisting arrest and battery on an officer.
An officer contacted and adult male for fare evasion and discovered that he had four warrants for theft ($40,000, $10,000, $5,000 and $2,500). The male was issued a warning citation for fare evasion and booked into the Martinez Detention Facility for the warrants.
