A male victim reported that a male suspect (Benny Wiggins, 36 years, Martinez) struck him with his bag. Officers contacted the suspect and determined that he had a valid prohibition order to stay away from BART. The victim was not injured and declined to place the suspect under citizen's arrest, so the suspect was booked into the Glenn Dyer Jail for violating the prohibition order.
Officers responded to the Coliseum Station for a report of a male (Bernard Warren, 39 years, San Jose) who appeared intoxicated and unable to care for themselves. Warren was booked into jail for public Intoxication.
The male victim reported that while on board a San Francisco bound train at the Coliseum station, a white male adult attempted to stab him twice before apparently stepping on to the station’s platform. The victim, who was not injured and who declined medical attention, then continued on board the same train until arriving at the Fruitvale station where he saw the suspect once again. Officers searched for the suspect, but were unable to locate him.
A male (Jesus Macielgil, 24 years, Oakland) was contacted after reportedly looking into parked vehicles. He was found to be in possession of burglary tools, narcotics and drug paraphernalia. He admitted to burglarizing a vehicle in the lot. He was booked into the Glenn Dyer Jail for the listed charges.
Officers contacted a female for fare evasion and discovered that she is a missing/runaway juvenile with a no bail juvenile warrant for her arrest. She was booked into juvenile hall for the warrant only.
Officers contacted an adult male (Robert Saffold, 29 years, Oakland) for fare evasion and the male physically resisted being detained. He was booked into the Santa Rita Jail for resisting arrest and a probation violation.
A male (Mohamad Samim, 27 years, Hayward) was reportedly creating a disturbance at the station. He was contacted and found to have a no bail warrant for auto theft and also possessed a small amount of suspected narcotics. The male was booked into the Santa Rita Jail for the warrant and possession charge.
Patrons reported a male acting erratically on board a train. Officers detained the man and found that he had an outstanding $10,000 arrest warrant for driving on a suspended license, held by Albany PD. The man was arrested on his warrant and was booked at Glenn Dyer Jail.
Two victims reported that their cell phones were snatched from their hands by a group of juveniles, who fled on foot. Responding officers detained a group in the parking lot and located one of the stolen phones. One victim identified one of the detainees as having stolen their phone. The suspect was a male, aged 14. That suspect was arrested for theft from a person and was cited to his parent. The other detainees were released after being identified.
An adult female (Janay Churchill, 23 years, San Francisco) was contacted for fare evasion and found to have a $10,000 warrant for battery. She was booked into the Santa Rita Jail for the warrant.
A male suspect threatened to harm the station agent and the agent was afraid to leave the booth. Officers arrested the male (Daryl Butler, 58 years, Oakland) for making criminal threats. He was issued a prohibition order and booked into the Santa Rita Jail.
A person detained for fare evasion (Thomas Stewart, 26, Vallejo) was placed under arrest for two no-bail warrants.
Officers responded to the station on the report of a male subject battering several customers on the platform and train. The suspect, later identified as Gene Mabry (37 years old, Oakland), fled the station and was located by responding officers in the neighborhood adjacent to the station. Mabry was identified by the only victim who remained on scene as the person who had battered him. Mabry was taken into custody and booked into Alameda County jail for the battery. In addition, Mabry was issued a prohibition order.
Elroy McCamey (54, Oakland) was arrested for a no-bail and a $800,000 warrant.
A person cited for fare evasion (Gustavo Medina, 30, San Leandro) was arrested for a $3,500 warrant.

9/28/17 at 0656 An officer responded to the Coliseum BART Station for a male (Eric Mason, 47 years) on the train with an open bladed knife. The officer retrieved the knife and discovered that Mason had an outstanding warrant and he was in possession of a billy club. Mason was booked into Glenn Dyer Jail on the warrant and possession of manufactured weapon.
A victim reported her 2016 BMW 428i was burglarized while parked in the Coliseum lot between 0900-2100 hours. Loss was a pair of sunglasses.
Officers detained a male (Marlon Forrest, 31 years old,Pittsburg) for causing a disturbance on a train. A records check revealed Forrest had a $20,000 outstanding warrant (Concord PD) for resisting arrest. Forrest was arrest on the warrant and booked into the Glenn Dyer Jail.
