An officer noticed a male known to have a court order and a probation condition to stay away from BART. The officer contacted the male in the station and confirmed the orders are still valid. The male (Jerome Hay, 50 years old, Transient) was booked into the San Francisco County Jail for the court order violation and a probation violation.
Officers responded to the Civic Center Station to investigate a report of female (Vivian Lytle, 42 years old, San Francisco) causing a disturbance on a Dublin train. It was determined that Lytle was intoxicated and unable to care for herself. Lytle was arrested for public intoxication and booked at the San Francisco County Jail.
Officers contacted a male subject (Daune WALTON, 50 years old, Transient) well known to them whom had an outstanding no bail misdemeanor warrant out of San Francisco County. WALTON was taken into custody for his outstanding warrant. During a search incident to arrest, officer located drug paraphernalia. WALTON was booked into San Francisco County jail.
Officers contacted a male subject (Oscar BARRAGAN, 26 years old, Santa Rosa) for fare evasion. A records check revealed two outstanding $50,000 misdemeanor arrest warrants out of Sonoma County. BARRAGAN was taken into custody for his warrant and cited for fare evasion. BARRAGAN was booked into San Francisco County jail.
Officers stopped a male (Michael Torres, 28 years, San Francisco) for fare evading thru the emergency gate at the Civic Center Station. A records check showed Torres had a 25K arrest warrant, was placed under arrest and was booked at the San Francisco County Jail.
An officer detained a female (Nicole Ponte, 28 years old, Berkeley) for fare evasion at the Civic Center Station. A records check revealed three warrants, each with a $5,000 bail, held by the Riverside County Sheriff's Office. Ponte was cited for fare evasion and booked for the warrants at the San Francisco County Jail.
A male subject (Miguel Centeno, 24 years old, Oakland) detained for fare evasion at the Civic Center Station refused to give officers his true name. Centeno was placed under arrest for failure to identify himself and booked at the San Francisco County Jail.
A female victim reported that a suspect (Black male, 20s, 6', black jacket, dark pants and curly hair) snatched her red IPhone 7 out of her hand while aboard a Dublin bound train at the Civic Center Station. The suspect exited the train and fled the scene. The victim reported the incident at the Powell Street Station.
Officers stopped a male subject for narcotics activity at the Civic Center Station. The subject (Simon, Lamar, 47 y/o, San Francisco) attempted to flee on foot and had to be physically restrained. The subject was found to be in possession of suspected tar heroin and drug paraphernalia. The subject was arrested for possession of narcotics, possession of drug paraphernalia, loitering in a public place for illegal drug activity and resisting/delaying a peace officer. The subject was booked at the San Francisco County Jail.
A patron reported she was slapped and her cell phone was taken aboard a Warm Springs Train at the Civic Center Station. The victim provided a suspect description. The suspect fled from the train before police arrived.

Officers detained a male for loitering in a drug area. Record checks showed that he had two outstanding arrest warrant, totaling $27,500, for possession of narcotics paraphernalia, held by the Marin County Sheriff's Office. The man was arrested and booked at the SF County Jail.
A male suspect was taken into custody after refusing to submit himself to a lawful detention. He was then booked into the county jail for resisting arrest and possessing narcotics' paraphernalia.
A witness reported that a male suspect battered a second adult male aboard a Daly City bound train. The victim, who sustained a minor facial injury, advised responding officers he was not battered. Officers were unable the potential suspect (black male wearing white headphones, white tennis shoes and a gray hoodie), whose description was provided by the witness. The victim was transported to the hospital as he was also intoxicated.
Two officers were conducting a patrol check of the 8th Street/Market Street stairwell due to high drug activity when they observed a Hispanic male subject holding a plastic sandwich bag. When the male subject saw the officers, he took off running topside. The officers chased after him and eventually located him nearby trying to change his clothing. The officers contacted him and found he was attempting to swallow individually packaged cocaine and heroin. Officers contacted a subject for smoking on BART property. Records check revealed the subject had two warrants for his arrest. He was reprimanded for the infraction and booked at jail for the warrants. An officer took the report.
Officers detained a male suspect for loitering in a drug area. The man had no identification and provided a false name. A search incident to arrest revealed a quantity of suspected cocaine, packaged for sale. The man was booked at the SF County jail, where fingerprint checks revealed his true identity. Record checks showed that the man had outstanding arrest warrants totaling $300,000, for narcotics, stolen property and weapons charges, held by SFPD. The man was issued a prohibition order.
Officers noticed a male smoking in the station and advised him that he could not smoke in the station. The male stopped smoking, but fare evaded into the system in front of the officers. When they contacted him, he resisted arrest and kicked at officers. A struggle to handcuff him ensued and during the struggle, he tried to punch an officer. A Taser was deployed to gain compliance and he was eventually handcuffed. Once medically cleared, he will be booked into the San Francisco County Jail for resisting arrest and threatening officers. No one was injured during the incident.
A male suspect detained by officers for reportedly creating a disturbance aboard a train was found to be in violation of a (BART) stay away order, in addition to being intoxicated. Officers placed the suspect under arrest for both violations and booked him into the county jail.
