Demetrious Raybon (5/29/73, San Francisco) was contacted for fare evasion. Raybon was found to have a 140K warrant out of Livermore PD for 487(a)PC and 273(a)PC. Raybon also had a 5K warrant out of Alameda County for 484(a)PC and a 3K warrant out of Colma PD for 490.2PC. Raybon was booked into the San Francisco County Jail.
Brandon Phillips (5/19/92, Ohio) was contacted for fare evasion. Phillips was found to have a 15K warrant out of San Francisco for 211PC. He was booked into San Francisco County Jail.
Officers, while patrolling the station contacted Isaiah Bolden (12/31/91, Vallejo) for narcotics activity. Bolden fled and was caught after a brief pursuit and struggle. Bolden was found to have several outstanding warrants for his arrest. Bolden was taken to San Francisco Jail where he was booked on the above charges.
An adult male subject who was reportedly passed out was given two doses of Narcan after it was suspected that his condition was narcotic related. The subject eventually gained consciousness and was transported to the St. Francis Hospital for further treatment and evaluation.
A 49-year-old male suffering from a drug overdose was revived by officers who administered two (2) doses of NARCAN. The male was transported to an area hospital by paramedics for further treatment.
Brandon Battles (01/06/89, transient) was contacted at the station and was found to have a $10K warrant from San Francisco for 602PC. Battles was booked into the San Francisco County Jail for the warrant.
Officers contacted Marlon Castellon-Rocha (2/7/80, Redwood City) on the platform at the Civic Center station to check on his welfare. Castellon-Roach was found to have two outstanding warrants for his arrest. Castellon-Rocha was booked at the San Francisco Jail on his outstanding warrants.
While on patrol, Officers observed a subject possibly smoking an illicit substance. While conversing with him, the subject passed out. Suspecting it was Fentanyl, the officers administered two doses of Narcan and requested for Code 3 medical. The subject eventually gained consciousness. Medical arrived and transported the subject to SF General Hospital.
Officers administered one dose of NARCAN to an unresponsive 59-year-old male suffering from an overdose. The male regained consciousness and was transported to an area hospital for further treatment.
Matthew Thomas (12/3/85, San Francisco) was arrested for a 1K warrant for 490.2PC, a 15K warrant for 11377 H&S, and another 15K warrant for 490.2 PC. He was booked into San Francisco County Jail.
