Officers on patrol observed a suspect smoking a suspected narcotic substance. The suspect (Kalied Mousa, 20 years old, San Francisco) was arrested and cited for possession of narcotics and loitering for drug activities.
A patron who was purchasing a ticket briefly stepped away from the ticket machine at which time a suspect grabbed the $20 ticket and fled from the station. Officers identified a potential suspect based upon a photograph taken of the suspect.
An employee reported that a female (Laquoya Anderson, 25 years old, Vallejo) was choking another female. Officers checked the station and located both females. Through further investigation, it was determined that the females were in a dating relationship. Anderson was arrested for domestic violence and booked into the San Francisco County Jail. Anderson was issued a prohibition order.

A victim placed her luggage on the ground as she used the ticket machine at the Civic Center Station. The victim's backpack, containing a cell phone, a camera, a passport and misc. clothing, was stolen by an unknown suspect.
Officers responded to a report of a male creating a disturbance. Officers recognized the man as having a valid prohibition order, and he was arrested. During the incident, the man also damaged a fare gate. The suspect (Antonio HAYES, 52, San Francisco) was booked at the SF County Jail for vandalism and violation of a prohibition order.
A female patron reported that she was handed a note while on a Dublin bound train. The note told the patron that there were guns pointed at her, and that she should hand her wallet and phone to the person behind her, without turning around. The victim faked a medical problem to attract attention and reported the incident to police, but did not want to speak to an officer. The victim later contacted an officer in Oakland and provided more information. The victim was not sure who handed her the note, and did not see anyone with a weapon. The victim thought the person sitting behind her on the train was a white female, pulling a suitcase. Officers checked Civic Center Station, but did not locate anyone matching the suspect description. The victim declined to press charges if the suspect was located.
An officer noticed a male known to have a court order and a probation condition to stay away from BART. The officer contacted the male in the station and confirmed the orders are still valid. The male (Jerome Hay, 50 years old, Transient) was booked into the San Francisco County Jail for the court order violation and a probation violation.
Officers responded to the Civic Center Station to investigate a report of female (Vivian Lytle, 42 years old, San Francisco) causing a disturbance on a Dublin train. WALTON was taken into custody for his outstanding warrant. During a search incident to arrest, officer located drug paraphernalia. WALTON was booked into San Francisco County jail.

BARRAGAN was taken into custody for his warrant and cited for fare evasion. BARRAGAN was booked into San Francisco County jail.
Officers stopped a male (Michael Torres, 28 years, San Francisco) for fare evading thru the emergency gate at the Civic Center Station. A records check showed Torres had a 25K arrest warrant, was placed under arrest and was booked at the San Francisco County Jail.

A male subject (Miguel Centeno, 24 years old, Oakland) detained for fare evasion at the Civic Center Station refused to give officers his true name. Centeno was placed under arrest for failure to identify himself and booked at the San Francisco County Jail.
A female victim reported that a suspect (Black male, 20s, 6', black jacket, dark pants and curly hair) snatched her red IPhone 7 out of her hand while aboard a Dublin bound train at the Civic Center Station. The suspect exited the train and fled the scene. The victim reported the incident at the Powell Street Station.
Officers stopped a male subject for narcotics activity at the Civic Center Station. The subject (Simon, Lamar, 47 y/o, San Francisco) attempted to flee on foot and had to be physically restrained. The subject was found to be in possession of suspected tar heroin and drug paraphernalia. The subject was arrested for possession of narcotics, possession of drug paraphernalia, loitering in a public place for illegal drug activity and resisting/delaying a peace officer. The subject was booked at the San Francisco County Jail.

A witness reported that a male suspect battered a second adult male aboard a Daly City bound train. The victim, who sustained a minor facial injury, advised responding officers he was not battered. Officers were unable the potential suspect (black male wearing white headphones, white tennis shoes and a gray hoodie), whose description was provided by the witness. The victim was transported to the hospital as he was also intoxicated.
