Officers on-viewed suspected narcotics activating involving Jamar JUSTICE (1/11/1990, Oakland). They contacted JUSTICE and found him to be in possession of narcotics and paraphernalia. A records/warrant check revealed JUSTICE to have four outstanding arrest warrants. JUSTICE was taken into custody for the on-view charges, as well as his outstanding arrest warrants, and was booked into San Francisco County jail.
Johnathan Broomfield (6/7/73, San Francisco) was contacted in the paid area of the Civic Center Station. Broomfield who was not in possession of valid BART fare had 3 warrants. Broomfield was booked into San Francisco County Jail for the above listed offense.

Officers were on the platform when they came across an individual who was initially yelling, then appeared to have collapsed due to a possible drug overdose. The officers deployed 3 doses of NARCAN and requested for Code 3 medical. The individual regained consciousness and was transported to St. Francis for further treatment and evaluation.

A bomb threat was received regarding an Antioch bound train at the Civic Center Station. The train and station were swept by officers and nothing unusual was found. Normal service to the station was restored. The event resulted in service at the station being delayed approximately 25-30 minutes.
