Michael Melvin (44, Transient) was arrested and booked into the Santa Rita Jail for violation of a court order.
A juvenile male (14 years, Castro Valley) was placed under arrest and was booked into juvenile hall for 212.5 PC. He was issued a prohibition order.
The Coroner's Office responded to the Castro Valley Station to recover a subject who was located underneath a train. The station was closed temporarily. There does not appear to be any evidence of criminal activity or foul play related to the incident.

A male, who trespassing, was reported to be struck by a train between the Castro Valley and West Dublin Stations. BART Police, Fire and emergency medical units responded to the scene but the 37 year-old male was declared deceased. The Alameda County Coroner responded and took custody of the deceased. The case is under investigation.

Ariana Phillips (35 years old, San Francisco) was arrested for three warrants with a total bail of $25,000 and 11350(a) H&S at the Castro Valley Station. Phillips was booked at the Santa Rita Jail.
Sierra McCreery (18, Hayward) and Caitlin Kaminski (24, Fremont) were arrested and booked into the Santa Rita Jail for 243(e)(1)PC.
Phillip Bremond (61 years, Oakland) was placed under arrest and booked for 496 PC.
Jahrad Butler (27 years old, San Francisco) was arrested for a $10,000 warrant at the Castro Valley Station. Butler was booked at the Santa Rita Jail.
Robert Ross (37, Oakland) was arrested and booked into Jail on an outside agency Warrant.
Aaron D. Gonzalez (23 years old, Stockton) was arrested for domestic battery and booked at the Santa Rita Jail.
Wesley K. Walker (29, Fremont) was arrested for domestic battery and tampering with a vehicle and booked at the Santa Rita Jail.
William Flubacher (30, San Francisco) was arrested on an outside agency warrant and booked into the Santa Rita Jail.
A victim reported the theft of their Schwinn 1250 bike between the hours of 1530 on 6/8/18 and 1030 today's date. The bike was secured with a cable and lock.
Nicholas Whitaker (29, San Francisco) was arrested for battery, disturbing the peace, and an outside agency warrant. He was booked into the Santa Rita Jail.
Charimmony Sok (30 years, Oakland) was placed under arrest for bike theft at the Castro Valley Station.
A male victim reported that two male juveniles stole his laptop while aboard a train, before they fled from the station. Officers searched for the suspects, and eventually detained one suspect after a foot pursuit. The victim positively identified the detained suspect who was then placed under arrest for conspiracy and resisting arrest; the laptop was not recovered. The suspect was then booked into the county’s Juvenile Hall.
Officers intercepted a train for a report of a male (Robert Freeman, 47 years, Oakland) masturbating in front of patrons on the train. Freeman was placed under arrest and booked for 314 PC, 11364 H&S and violation of probation.
A victim reported his $100.00 gray Giant mountain bike was stolen while it was locked at the station from mid-December 2017 to today’s date.
Officers responding to the Castro Valley BART Station for a male causing a disturbance. Upon their arrival, Stuart Sommers (59 years old, Castro Valley) was arrested for public intoxication.
Tamrat Hermon (31, Hayward) was placed under arrest for robbery and battery after hitting a patron and then taking the victim’s cell phone, which was later recovered.
Officers contacted an adult male, Kwesi Roberson (45 years old, Fairfield), after he was reported to be passed out on a train with drug paraphernalia next to him. A records check revealed an outstanding misdemeanor arrest warrant. Roberson was taken into custody for his outstanding warrant and booked into Santa Rita jail.
