Kenya Pecot (36, Hayward) was arrested for brandishing a weapon and a probation violation. He was also issued a prohibition order and booked into the Santa Rita Jail. TSOC notified.
Samantha F. Thompson (25 years old, San Francisco) was arrested for inflicting corporal injury to a spouse/cohabitant and booked at the Santa Rita Jail.
Andrea L. Tucker (56, San Francisco) was arrested for public intoxication and booked at the Santa Rita Jail.
A female, Alma Maria Elizabeth KAPLAN (29 years old, Brentwood), was taken into custody for an outstanding $10,000 misdemeanor arrest warrant. KAPLAN was booked into Alameda County jail.
The victim reported the theft of their Samsung Galaxy 8.
Christian V. Lagula (19, San Rafael) was arrested for grand theft and booked at the Alameda County Santa Rita Jail.
Deonte Franklin (21, San Lorenzo) was arrested for an outside agency felony warrant and booked at the Alameda County Santa Rita Jail.
Ofa Tongilava (24, San Leandro) was arrested for spousal battery and was issued a BART prohibition order.
Hasibullah Shahab (29 years old, Union City) was arrested for 417(a)(2) P.C. and 422 P.C. at the Bay Fair Station. Shahab was issued a prohibition order and booked at the Santa Rita Jail.
Edwards Daniels (61, Richmond) was arrested for making threats, probation violation, public intoxication, and was issued a BART prohibition order.
A male subject, Isa BRYANT (38 years old, San Francisco), was taken into custody for indecent exposure and battery. BRYANT was booked into Santa Rita jail and issued a prohibition order.
A male subject, Sajuan MCELROY (37 years old, Oakland), was taken into custody for assault with a deadly weapon. MCELROY was also found to have an outstanding misdemeanor arrest warrant. MCELROY was booked into Alameda County jail for both violations.
Luis Portillo (20, Oakland) was arrested for public intoxication and booked into the Santa Rita Jail.
A male subject, Donald Vincent ADAMS (58 years old, Oakland), was detained for fare evasion. ADAMS falsely identified himself as his brother and was found to have an outstanding felony arrest warrant for a prior 529(a) PC violation. ADAMS was booked into Santa Rita jail for his new charge, as well as his outstanding warrant.
Richard E. Brookspowe (28, Oakland) was arrested for battery on a transit passenger and resisting arrest.
A female (Wynette TAYLOR, 41, Richmond) was arrested for an outstanding no-bail warrant for robbery, held by Richmond PD. Taylor was booked at Santa Rita Jail.
Three male juveniles were arrested for 459 P.C., 466 P.C. and 182 (a) (1) P.C. One of the male juveniles was additionally arrested for an active warrant. The male juveniles were booked at the Alameda County Juvenile Hall.
An officer on patrol observed a suspect (Vincent Burton, 30 years, Hayward) tampering with a vehicle in the parking lot. The suspect was arrested and booked for tampering with a vehicle and a violation of probation.
Jerome Hay (50, San Francisco) was arrested for violation of a stay away order from all BART stations. 1803-0007 L12.
An officer at the Bay Fair Station heard a commotion coming from the platform. The officer learned that several juveniles were involved in a robbery of a patron's Apple MacBook laptop. Officers responded and assisted in detaining the juveniles. The victim positively identified 3 of the juveniles as being involved in the robbery. The 3 juveniles were booked into Juvenile Hall for robbery, providing false information to police, resisting arrest, possession of stolen property and conspiracy. The laptop was retrieved and returned to the owner. There was also a second laptop retrieved, owner unknown.
A patron reported that a male suspect snatched his MacBook laptop while on a Richmond bound train. Officers were unable to locate the suspect and the computer could not be tracked.
Nine (9) vehicles were burglarized, primarily through window smashes, while parked at the station.
Yanni Young (20, Emeryville) was arrested for making death threats, trespassing on railroad property and probation violation. Young was also issued a prohibition order.
The victim reported the theft of their green mountain bike between the hours of 0830-1400. The bike was secured with a cable and lock.
