A patron's purse was stolen in a strongarm robbery that occurred in the west parking lot near the pedestrian tunnel. The victim was thrown to the ground as she attempted to maintain possession of her purse. The suspect, who fled the scene on foot, is described as an adult male in his 20's, med. height and build, wearing short hair, a black jacket and light brown pants.
Three juvenile females demanded money from a grandmother and her granddaughter while they were in front of the station. A struggle ensued, and the victims fled to a nearby bus for safety. No property was taken, and the three juvenile suspects were arrested and booked into juvenile hall.

A robbery victim was walking through the back lot when he was confronted by four male suspects, who surrounded him, demanding his cash and ipod. One suspect displayed a knife, while other suspects went through the victim's pockets, removing his cash. A BPD sergeant located the suspects in a nearby neighborhood. The suspects were positively identified and all were arrested and booked, three at Juvenile Hall and one at the County Jail.

A citizen reported that he was the victim of an attempted car-jacking by three male juveniles who followed him from the station into the west parking lot. One of the suspects attempted to enter the vehicle by opening the rear door. The victim was able to drive away unharmed.

He then punched the victim in the face and tried several times to get the bike, following the victim on and off the train and threatening to hit him again. Responding officers arrested the suspect and booked him at Juvenile Hall.
The mother of a juvenile male victim reported that her son was robbed while waiting for a bus at the Bay Fair station. The victim was approached by two older teen males who demanded money. The suspects threatened to shoot the victim and one of the suspects showed the victim a handgun tucked in his waistband. The suspects took the victim's money and his cellphone. The mother and victim reported that the crime occurred eight hours earlier.
A female patron walking through the bus zone was grabbed around the neck and thrown to the ground by two subjects who then took her purse. They fled the area on foot. Responding officers stopped possible suspects, but the victim could not positively ID. Victim not injured, loss unrecovered.
An investigation was conducted into an alleged hit and run in which a mother reported her daughter having been struck by a taxi cab that fled the scene. The victim sustained injuries to her knees. The driver of the cab was subsequently identified and contacted. Investigation continues.
