Officers responded to the station on a report from a patron via ELERT, of an adult male onboard a Dublin train, threatening to beat up passengers. The train was held at the station where officers located and off-boarded the suspect. A records check of the suspect revealed two outstanding $20,000 misdemeanor warrants held by the Alameda County Sheriff's Department for theft. The suspect was placed under arrest for the warrants. No complainants came forward regarding the original complaint.

A victim reported that they locked their bicycle (a Black and Red bicycle, no make or model) to the bike racks on 3/27/16 at 1300 hours. The bicycle was secured with cable lock. The victim returned today at 1500 hours to find their bicycle gone. The estimated value of the bike is $700.

Officers were called to a report of a male creating a disturbance at the station. The officers contacted the male and discovered that he is on probation with a condition to stay away from BART. No one wished to make a complaint for the original disturbance, so the male was booked into the Glenn Dyer Jail for the probation violation and the court order violation.

A victim was walking from the west parking lot and through the pedestrian tunnel when a suspect grabbed him from behind. The male held him while a second male went through his pockets. The victim was not injured and the two suspects fled from the station. Video was requested.

Bay Fair - 1603-0501

Several patrons on board the Dublin bound train reported that a male suspect was stabbing seats on the train with a knife. The suspect got off the train at Bay Fair Station and began walking around the platform with the knife in his hand. Officers detained the man and recovered the knife. No complainants came forward regarding the vandalism, and no victims were located for any other crimes. Officers determined that the man was intoxicated in public and he was arrested. The suspect was booked at Santa Rita Jail.

An officer contacted an adult male for fare evasion and a second adult male suspect began interfering in the contact. Once the fare evasion cite was issued to the first suspect, two officers tried to detain the second suspect, but he entered an awaiting vehicle. The suspect refused to exit the vehicle, so it was stopped. After a few minutes of negotiation, the suspect exited and was taken into custody for resisting/interfering/delaying an officer. He was also found to have a traffic warrant for his arrest. He was booked into the Santa Rita Jail for resisting/delaying an officer and the warrant.

An officer made contact with the victim who reported being stunned with a taser, while aboard an A/C Transit bus, by a (Black) female-juvenile suspect after the two argued. Alameda County Sheriff’s deputies responded and took over the incident/investigation, which occurred in their jurisdiction. Paramedics responded, but the victim declined medical attention. The suspect, who was not readily located, is further described as: 16-17 years of age; 5’ tall; 130 lbs.; wearing brown colored clothing.

The officers placed the suspect under arrest for the warrant only as he was determined to have been at the vandalism scene but not directly involved in the crime.

The suspects took the woman's purse and fled in her vehicle in an unknown direction. The suspects were described only as two black males, 18-20 years old, wearing dark clothing. Responding officers were unable to locate the vehicle in the area. The crime information was shared with San Leandro PD and CHP.
