A victim reported that a male suspect (BM, 12 years old, thin, 5') took his iPhone 6 from his hand and ran out of the train at the Bay Fair Station. The phone was tracked into the mall, but was not located. The victim was not injured and station/train video will be requested.
An officer contacted a subject harassing citizens near the bus zone. The subject was drunk in public and found to have a warrant for his arrest. The subject was arrested for the on-view violation and the warrant. The subject was taken to jail.
A victim reported that their vehicle was burglarized while parked at the station between 0900-2030 hours. The door lock was damaged to gain entry and the interior was ransacked, but only a set of keys were taken. The vehicle was not processed as the report was made via phone.

During a consensual contact, an officer learned the male suspect was wanted for an outstanding $25K burglary/vandalism warrant, in addition to being in violation of a court-issued stay away order from BART property. Officers responded and contacted the victim, who reported that two black male suspects, 25-30 years old, approached him in the west lot of the station. One of the suspects struck the victim in the face with a semi-automatic pistol and stole the victim's cell phone. The victim suffered cuts to his mouth and was taken to Eden Hospital for treatment.

Officers located the male and was placed under arrest for public intoxication. A records check showed the male had arrest warrants and he was booked into jail.
