Officers located the male in the bus zone and a warrant check revealed the male had a 5K arrest warrants issued by BART Pd. The male also violated a court order prohibiting him from being on BART. A victim reported the theft of their orange Specialized Langster single speed bike from the bike racks. The bike was secured with a U-lock on 6/23 at 1900 hours and when the victim returned midnight, the bike and lock were gone.
The victim reported the theft of their red Specialized Allaz road bike which was secured to the bike racks with a "Mighty" brand U-Lock between the hours 1010 and 1600, today. The victim's gray helmet was also taken. The owner valued the bike at $500.
BART PD and SFPD officers responded to the station on a report of a person who was bleeding from the mouth and was brandishing a weapon. On arrival officers met with the station agent who reported that he had gone to check on the welfare of the suspect who was on the platform bleeding from the mouth, but the suspect became aggressive towards the agent and brandished a box cutter in a threatening manner. The suspect then stuck the agent with the suspect's elbow. The station agent was not injured. SFPD detained the suspect and BART officers arrested and booked the suspect for brandishing a weapon and battery on a transit employee. The suspect was issued a prohibition order. OCC notified.
An adult female was involved in a verbal dispute with two juveniles who were obstructing the platform stairs at the station. During the dispute, one of the juveniles sprayed the victim with pepper spray and then both juveniles fled on foot from the station. The victim was not injured, but was transported to UCSF hospital for treatment for exposure to pepper spray.

While on patrol, an officer observed and detained a subject for fare evasion. A wants check revealed that the subject had a stay away order from all BART stations unless on lawful business. The subject was handcuffed and brought upstairs. Once the suspect learned he was going to jail, he resisted the officers and then had an apparent seizure. Medical was summoned and the suspect later became coherent after they arrived. The suspect was taken to the hospital for treatment and then booked into the SF County Jail for violation of the stay away order and resisting arrest. The suspect did not have any injuries.
An officer contacted an adult male for fare evasion and discovered that he had two $5,000 warrants for DUI. The male was cited for fare evasion before being booked into the San Francisco County Jail for the warrants.
Officers responded to the report of a subject making lewd and hostile comments to the station agent and BART customers. The officers detained and identified the subject. A records check revealed that the subject is a sex offender and on probation with a search clause. An officer attempted to conduct a probation search, but the subject verbally and then physically resisted. The subject was arrested for resisting an officer. A probation violation will be sought. Sergeant T. Henderson arrived at the scene to approve the arrest and to conduct a use of force investigation.

Upon detention, a record check confirmed the subject had an active stay away from BART property and was taken into custody. A search of the subject’s person incident to arrest resulted in the recovery of altered BART tickets, for which he was also arrested.
