Tracy Daniels (42 years, Oakland) was arrested for 369i(b) P.C., 640(c)(1) P.C., 647(C)P.C. and a $25,000 warrant at the 24th Street Station. Daniels was booked into the San Francisco County Jail.
Hanan Hazik (23 years old, San Francisco) was arrested and booked into the SF County Jail for 647(a) PC, and 243.4 PC.
Moneka Christian (23, San Francisco) was arrested and booked into the SF Jail on an outside agency warrant.
The victim reported the theft of their bike sometime between the hours of 0710-1400 Hours.
BART PD was notified by SFPD that they discovered a male individual who was apparently deceased on the stairwell in the west plaza end of the station. SF Fire responded and pronounced the individual deceased. There was no evidence of foul play. BART PD took over the investigation.
The victim reported the theft of their iPhone was stolen while onboard a train.
The victim reported they were robbed of their cell phone, but the suspect was not located/detained by police.
An adult male subject flagged down an officer that was in need of a mental health evaluation. A records check revealed two active $10,000 misdemeanor warrants. The subject was placed on a psychiatric detention. The subject was transported to a local hospital. Upon being medically cleared the subject will be arrested and booked at the County Jail for the warrants.
Officers, medical and fire personnel responded to the station regarding reports of a male underneath a train on the #2 trackway. Shortly after their arrival, firefighters were able to extract the male from the trackway and he was then transported to a local hospital. The scene/trackway was processed for evidence, video was requested and a canvass for witnesses was performed. At this point, based upon information gathered by police, the male appears to suffer from mental health issues and will be placed on a psychiatric hold once medically cleared. Train service was delayed about one hour and forty-five minutes as a result of this incident.
A victim reported her Apple iPhone7 was taken from her while at the 24th Street Station. The suspect was described as a Black male, late 20's, 6'02, athletic build, chin length dread locks and wearing dark clothing.
Officers responded to the 24th Street Station for a report of cell phone theft. Loss was an iPhone 7 Plus. The suspect was described as a Black male, 5'11", thin, wearing a blue hoodie and blue jeans.
A victim reported that a male suspect (Black male, 20's, 5'6", thin build) snatched his laptop while on a Millbrae train at the 24th Street Station. The suspect fled the scene on foot.
A victim reported he was robbed of $40.00 at the 24th Street Station.
Officers responded to the station to investigate a report of a male who had battered and threatened a female. The suspect was arrested for battery on a transit passenger, criminal threats and a prohibition order was issued. The female was not injured.
A victim reported the theft of her Specialized Vita Base Disc road bike from the 24th Street Station, between 0820-1900 hours. The bike was secured with a U-Lock to the bike racks inside the paid area of the station.
Two suspects snatched a purse from beside a victim seated on a train. They attempted to flee, but were caught by other patrons. One suspect escaped, but the other fought with the patrons. The patrons managed to hold the suspect until officers arrived. The victim's property was recovered from the suspect at the scene. The suspect was arrested for robbery from a transit patron and was booked at SF Juvenile Hall. One patron suffered minor injuries to his face during the struggle and was treated at the scene.
A victim reported that a male suspect (BM, 17-20, white hoodie, blue jeans) grabbed her iPhone 7 and ran out of the train. The suspect was not located. The phone could not be tracked. The victim was not injured. Train/station video will be requested.
A BART station agent reported that their assigned portable radio went missing, between 1000 hours on 1/26/17 and 0400 hours on 1/30/17, from the station agent’s booth. An officer contacted the station agent to take the report. The officer also reported the missing portable to TSOC and will request station video.
A female victim reported that a female suspect (BF, long dark hair with a beanie) grabbed her phone from her hand and ran off of the train at the 24th Street Station. The phone could not be tracked. The victim was not injured. Train/station video will be requested.
A victim reported their cell phone was taken when a Dublin bound train was stopped at the 24Th Street Station. The suspect grabbed the victim's Google Nexus cell phone and ran off the train.
A male victim reported that while aboard an East Bay bound train, between the Glen Park and 24th Street stations, a white male suspect sat next to him and demanded his iPhone 6. The victim initially declined, but when the suspect stated he had a gun the victim handed over the phone. The suspect then fled from the train at the 24th Street station, while the victim remained aboard the train and reported the robbery upon arriving at the Berkeley station. The victim, who was not injured during the robbery, did not see the suspect display a weapon. He further described the suspect as follows: 6’ tall; 23-24 years of age; wearing a gold chain, a green beanie and dark jeans. The investigating officer was unable to track the phone.
An officer contacted an adult male for fare evasion. The male provided false identifying information and his ID could not be confirmed. He was also found to be in possession of drug paraphernalia. The male was booked into the San Francisco Jail for the listed charges. As of the time of this entry, his identity had not been confirmed.
A victim reported their Fuji sports bike was stolen from the 24th Street Station, between 0830-1720 hours. The bike was secured to a bike rack in the paid area with a u-lock.
An officer contacted an adult male for fare evasion and discovered that he had a no bail warrant for resisting arrest. The male was given a warning citation for the fare evasion and booked into the San Francisco County Jail for the warrant.
A female passenger reported that a male suspect took her iPad from her hands and ran out of the train. The suspect ran out of the station with another male (both HMJs, baggy clothing, carrying backpacks). The iPad could not be tracked. The suspects were not located. The victim was not injured. Train/station video will be requested.
